This was actually my first professional massage and it was amazing. I’ve known for years I carry a lot of tension in my neck, back, and shoulders and she definitely worked worked out all of the knots. It feels like she took 10 years of aches away that fast! Myia did an excellent job and will definitely be back for another soon!

So far, have had a facial and massage at Massage Envy. I have really enjoyed both services. I had Julie for the massage and she really listened to me regarding a concern I had with my hip. She gently stretched it out, which made the hip feel so much better. And it continued to feel better a week after the appt. I had Annette for the facial and she was amazing. She listened to my concerns regarding my face and gave me some recommendations on how to use products I already had more efficiently. I definitely will be back.

I have been getting massages and facials regularly at this location for several months now. Mandi does my massages and I hesitate to refer you all to her because I selfishly don’t want her to book up before I can schedule my next appointments. She is absolutely wonderful. She is attentive and focuses on problem areas very diligently. She offers suggestions for improvements for problem areas. Mandi is personable and has a great attitude! Cherie has been doing my facials and is wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable! She always makes sure I am comfortable and aware of what she’s doing to my skin. We have been working on a plan to get my skin in the place I want it. If I could, I would go get a facial from Cherie everyday!

Nell, the massage therapist I schedule all my appointments with and has for the past few years is absolutely the best. Her professional knowledge, skill and attention to requests for emphasis on particular needs makes her the preferred massage therapist! Second to none!

I say this all the time Eric saved me for having drain tubs but back in he worked his lymphatic drainage magic. Now Eric works over my neck & lower back too keep my arthritis in check. I saw Tim for the first time because he was recommended by a friend. I am pregnant, so this was a prenatal massage. This is my third prenatal massage I have had thus far, and it was the best by far. I have had very good massages from Sara Beth, Michelle and Christine! Massage Envy has reasonable pricing with their membership. The only downside is they have more customers than they can handle so even if a masseuse recommends you come back in four weeks you often have to wait 8 weeks for a spot with the same person.

First time with Sara Beth and I love her technique! She really zeros in on the right spots and the tension melts away. It was also my first time getting a facial with Kelsey and loved it. Ive already booked a return visit!Update: Saw Mandi and Kelsey last night and it was awesome. I hurt my back lifting something to heavy and was in a lot of pain and Mandi helped tremendously. No pain this morning! I also appreciate their mask requirements.

I used the online appointment booking because I desperately needed a message that same day. My request showed no availability; but, I was notified by text later when there was a last minute cancellation. Nice! I was able to get to Massage Envy with time to spare for a 30 minute tension relief massage. The reception staff seemed a bit disorganized as they were not sure how to handle the communication between the last minute booking and the therapist availability, but, within a couple minutes I was greeted by Sarah Beth. Sarah Beth was very professional and had knowledge of my carpal tunnel syndrome. She listened to my concerns & preferences then provided a fantastic massage! I hadnt slept well in 3 nights because of severe shoulder tension that exasperated my carpal tunnel; that night I slept through the night with no shoulder pain or carpal tunnel tingling in my hands! At checkout, the receptionist wasn’t able to clearly explain the details of the monthly club membership in a way that made me confident in making a decision, so I may look into that online. My experience with my masseuse, Sarah Beth, was so beneficial that I booked a follow up 90 minute massage with her before I left!

I visited the website then called to try schedule an appointment for a prenatal massage for myself and a massage for my fiance. I understand them not having any availability for one, maybe two weeks due to timing (COVID restrictions being lifted and more people feeling comfortable coming out). But I was told they do not have any availability for over a month! The woman I spoke to was very rude and acted as if me calling was an inconvenience to her. I understand they are very busy but a potential customer (actually no one) calling to schedule an appointment should ever be met with that tone! When I asked if the employee knows if another location may have available appointments sooner she rudely said honey I dont know you just have to call a different location. Again, I understand being busy but I do not understand being treated the way I was. After reading some of the reviews its clear that Massage Envy location may benefit from some customer service training or new employees.

I love my massage therapist - she is wonderful & Ive been a client for several years. My only complaint is that it can be noisy, which is distracting from my relaxation. Doors opening & closing nearby, people talking, etc. can be heard over the soft music on a regular basis. Overall the location is very professional & sanitary & Covid-safe procedures are in place.

Just what I needed. Came out looking refreshed and feeling renewed.

I mostly go to the St Matthews massage envy location in Louisville Kentucky and I almost always see Adam. Since starting my massage sessions with him over 2 years ago I have had so much relief from my daily pain. I have a muscle disease, spasmatic torticollis and it causes spasms, excruciating pain and large hard knots in my muscles. From the very first visit Adam has always taken the time to find out exactly where my troubled areas are and will spend a lot of time on those specific areas. He has always been extremely professional, is an amazing massage therapist and very easy to talk to and makes me feel extremely comfortable. He will ask a lot of questions trying to know more about my disease and trying to help with any relief he can give me. I have seen other massage therapists at this location as well as the jeffersontown location but I only go to someone else if Im trying to get a last-minute appointment and Adam doesnt have any openings. I have gone to numerous therapists that wont really listen to my concerns or where exactly my pain is and they will just do an upper body massage how they prefer. There have been many times with other massage therapists that I will leave in more pain and feeling bruised. But I have never felt like this with Adam. He constantly asks if the pressure is okay and really goes out of his way to work on specific areas that are bothering me more than others. I honestly could not give Adam enough praise for the wonderful job that he does and how much pain relief I receive during and after massage appointments with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a massage therapist. He is by far the best and as I stated earlier, I have seen numerous massage therapists at massage envy as well as other massage therapists for different companies and of the several dozen therapists Ive seen over the years none of them even come close to doing the wonderful amazing job that Adam does.

This was my first time visiting this Massage Envy but not my first massage. I was not pleased as my appointment was at 1, however I was not called back until 1:10. My massage was over in what seemed like 15 minutes, though I don’t know the exact amount of time it was. I scheduled a 30 minute session and expected to get 30 minutes, but this was not the case. Also, the massage wasn’t the best either. I’m not sure if she was in a hurry, but, it was unacceptable.Update: Received a call from Tim and he was great. He explained to me why my session went the way it did and was really concerned as to figuring out how he could make me happy. We came to a resolution and I am very appreciative of that.

I searched on google and come across this place. When I first called the guy on the phone was very rude and said we don’t have anything on weekends for 2 months. I mean I understand but his voice tone sounds so rude. I hung up immediately, Please don’t go to this place they’re so unprofessional and have poor communication skills, after that i saw other people reviews and i was not shocked why they all are disappointed, this place seems very unprofessional. Please hire someone who knows how to talk to people.

This was my first hot stone experience. It was great. Nell was wonderful.

I arrived 10 minutes late for my scheduled appointment with Sarah due to traffic. After arriving, I checked in, met Sarah, used the bathroom and was shown to a massage room. She asked what brought me in today and I stated I was a nurse, did a lot of heavy lifting and just wanted a relaxing massage. Her eyes went wide when I said the word nurse. She then began asking what I wanted to focus on less, because I was late, so I would only receiving a 40 minute massage. 50 minute massage? Sure, I was, in fact, late due to traffic, but 40 minutes? She proceeded to go on and on about how she wasnt allowed to give a longer massage, she had another client after me and so on. It was obvious the word nurse scared her and she did not want to massage me. So I said no, I would leave. She seemed relieved and walked me to the front desk. I informed them I was shocked by how rudely I was being treated and that I would call corporate to cancel my membership. There were four people there, not one person apologized, not one person offered an explanation for Sarahs rudeness. The lady closest to the door, simply said Ok. I would like this months membership fee returned and my membership cancelled. If this is how Massage Envy treats nurses, I will be sure to let the nursing community know we are seen as subhuman because we dare to take care of your loved ones.

I have been a member at this location for many years. I recommend my therapist, Eric, to basically anyone that I talk to about massage.
