Friendliest people ever, extremely helpful, and open later than all the other Uhauls in the area.

First I called asking about a trailer to pull a vehicle. The girl on the phone didnt know what she was doing and said we needed our vehicle inspected. Went into the store and the man just stood around and talked said itd be a 15-20 minute wait. I said fine and waited then he said we could just do it all online (so he didnt have to help us and could stand around talking). So we figured it out online and questioned the price because it was almost $300. Then this moron says he doesnt know how much a trailer is. So I asked are we supposed to pay here or not? He said yes but he doesnt know the cost. After waiting for 15 minutes with no help and this guy looking at me like Im stupid we decided to leave. He continued to yell about how he could put the numbers in the computer and find the price and at this point I was done. You guys need to figure out whos working the uhaul and that man needs to learn how to talk to customers. Obviously we were asking for help which he clearly couldnt offer.

I went in to inquire about trailers for rent and to ask a couple of questions. The man in the Chevron was uncaring, unprofessional and just flat out rude. I left and will take my hard earned money elsewhere. Im sure the employees dont care but if I were uhaul I would.
