I love this place! My first experience was wonderful both workers helped me as I was sending out a package for my business that was brand new. Cinda the lady up front has become my favorite post office lady and has from day one shown nothing but kindness and professionalism not only to me but to all.
Line moved smoothly. People came, bought what they needed, sent packages, etc. Short wait between customers.
Terrible service havent received mail for 2 weeks went to post office they dont have a clue whats going on I havent change my address in over 10 years, they dont offer any help not sure if the carrier knows what they are doing if I could give them half a star I would!!!!
Very rude and unhappy lady working at the front counter!! Was not willing to tape my box and had attitude. I left went to Belen usps and got phenomenal service! I will never go back to Los Lunas usps.
They throw packages over my gate instead of leaving it at the side door. And leave packages in the sun when it has a big red do not leave in heat sticker on it.
I make my packages for pickup, because they constantly deliver to the wrong house, everytime I go in past 4:30 they are closed EARLY. Makes no sense at all and pretty unprofessional to just close up early like that.
They constantly deliver our packages and letters to the wrong house. They never answer the phone when you call them about it. Maybe someday theyll hire people who know how to read and pay attention.
I use this post office 99.9% of the time and Ive never had any issues. Today I went in to send an Express envelope and it could be overwhelming at times because there are so many options, well Dana immediately asked how she could help me, got me what I needed, told me what and where I needed to fill out, and she was very friendly! If it was always this simple Id do it more often 😅
This is Unacceptable I Had a package coming today. When we went they said they were outside not even a minute later they were gone and I got a notification that they left a notice but when I looked there was no notice in the mail. They were suppose to take it to our house and they never did I payed $10 extra for a 3 day shipping to wait 6 days very unprofessional.!!!!!!
This place always says that they deliver the package when you are home. Mind you the way the attempt delivery is they scan your package then put the paper in the mailbox they never deliver...IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 STAR I WOULD.... THEN WHEN YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT THEIR BOSS IS NEVER THERE TO ANSWER WHEN YOU CALL BACK.
Package I was trying to send was too big. The employee helping me went out of her way to help me send it without having to go home and redo my entire box. Extremely good service, she made my day!
Carrier has lost my packages but it is scanned as delivered. I look out side everywhere for it and it is not there. the time before that carrier delivered it to a different house. It is like they cant read or something. Then the Postmaster Chris is impossible to get a hold of. I am going to find out who his boss is and file a complaint.
While I am sure there are some good workers here I have not interacted with them yet. The clerks here do everything they can not to do the job they have. This is not a big town so the volume is low but they act overburdened anyway. The clerks hide in the back from customers. This is the first USPS that said they didnt know how to send out a prepaid Ebay return! You do know how to do that! All you do is scan it and throw it in the bin behind you. They just dont want to do what they get paid for. That is your job!! I know the clerks are union to work like that and not get fired.You guys better get with the times or those drones are going to replace the human USPS hires. At least the drone will do what it is programmed to do.
Out of all the workers i dealt with there is 1 worker with good customer service. I dont have to put her name because we know who it is. Its definitely not a pleasant trip going to the post office. Hoping there will be self service option soon. Less employees to deal with and less unpleasant customers to deal with. Its a win win situation.

Edit: The parcel carrier should go back to delivering pizzas. He sucks at delivering parcels.The parcel carrier posts false statuses regarding deliveries. I was in my garage waiting from 2-5. The carrier updated our delivery record stating that a delivery attempt was made. They never left a notice, or even came to our residence.This is a false status entered by the carrier. We received our letters as per normal. The parcel carrier wasted my damn afternoon, and now Monday and Tuesday evening. It would be on thing if it were force majeure. But it is not. This is a carrier that took it upon themselves to LIE.
I asked the Postmaster to please ask our carrier to put our packages behind the pillar at our front door straight out answer they have no time for special instuctions our pillar is right at the front door and the answer was no LOS LUNAS MAIL carrier in our Ranco Valencia is so bad I am so disappointedI I.
Carrier keeps leaving my neighbors mail instead of ours been happening a few days already contacted customer service always busy to even answer calls 45 to 1hr wait ridiculous service and misplacing packages that we people can no longer request refund.. to top it off we replaced our address numbers because of the issue Beforr brand new sticker and big enough to see !very dissapoonted.
Took a package in to ship to my military daughter in S Korea. It was sent to Coppell, Texas and dropped at a business. When i found this out and contacted this post office, they gave me a number to call the USPS in Coppell, Texas. Hello?! You screwed up and want me to call?! Im still trying to track down the package!!! Aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhh!!
HORRIBLE, most inept and incompetent Post Office I have ever seen! They keep delivering the wrong mail to me, with people whose names and addresses are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, and I keep telling them and they act like they do not care and keep doing it. They have lost letters of mine, most recently 3 important ones that I knew were mailed over 1 week ago or longer. I have tried calling them every morning and their phone is BUSY BUSY BUSY... no ones phone is busy for 3 - 4 hours straight every morning... they take it off the hook so they can avoid answering it. And then even when it is not busy it just rings and rings and they do not answer.Avoid this post office at all costs and if you live in Los Lunas, in their delivery area, then I feel very sorry for you.
Wow! After 3 years of the same thing I go on here and see its not just me who experiences poor service. Our carrier marks our packages as delivery attempt and or held by customers request. Ive filled complaints with the head office. It looks as though its the leadership at this hub allowing this to go in after reading the similar reviews. No wonder the USPS is loosing money they cant get their act together. And the management doesnt care looks as though this is what theyre taught. The obvioulsy leave their phone off the hook too, theres no way the phones are busy 24/7 Im disgusted!!!! Everyone should file complaints with head office and Attorney General anytime they pull these stunts and Im sure eventually we can get a staff in there that will do their jobs instead of just collecting a paycheck...
Incompetent and terrible service. Went in a week in advanced to let them know that I shipped my package to my old address after I recently moved and they promised that with the forwarding service that it would be delivered to my current address. I even gave them my current address, and phone number and they still shipped it to my old address. Then I called multiple times to ask them why they shipped it there and they never picked up the phone. I let the phone ring for 10 minutes strait, 3 times in a row and they NEVER answered.
My wife had some qquestion regarding our mail service and the post master was friendly in trying to help. The next morning at 8:30 the post master called with the answers to her questions. We both appreciated that.
All I can say try calling the number listed for the office that will tell you. They leave the phone off the hook so they dont answer other than that the people at the office are ok. You just have to approach them kindly..still today is June 28th of 2017 and still they dont answer the phone. ...
Wow Im very upset . I was leaving my house when the post lady who was two houses down the street, yeah my car was parked by my mailbox but we were moving so I thought if I just stand in front of my mailbox she would give me my mail ...WRONG she gave me a dirty look and acted like I wasnt there. And drove right past me. I can now understand why people use FedEx and UPS. She should of at least said something instead of being so rude. If you hate your job just quit and do something else .UGH !!!

I like this post office. Staff are always smiley and they always greet me when I walk in. Sometimes it busy, but theyre fast, thorough and helpful.
This place is in need of a major expansion to deal with how much our community has grown. The people are very friendly and helpful.
Laziest Carriers ever. Had 3 packages to be delivered today. 1 had a delivery confirmation. NONE got delivered. Why? Because my crappy mailman didnt want to get his lazy butt out of his mail truck and deliver the other 2, of which 1 was rerouted from UPS. I hate when they route stuff to USPS because they dont give a flying flip if you get your packages or not. Humm wonder why theyre going under?
Never had a problem and had a package delivered earlier than expected, always waves to me if I am outside and never gotten anyone elses mail

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. We spend hundreds of dollars sending packages a week and get treated like absolute trash every time we walk in unless PJ is there (who is absolutely amazing)... Super disapointing that we are a local business and would much rather to take our packages to USPS in Albuquerque.
How do I leave a 0 review. My packages are not dropped off half the time ( carrier losses it in truck, forgets it, or is in too much of a hurry).

Inaccurate package delivery reporting they say a package is delivered then they delivered the next days so you worry whether it got stolen or not thats unacceptable this has happened multiple times they said it was delivered one day I come home the package aint there for all I know it got stolen if you call their customer service and had to wait on phone for over an hour nobodys going to do that and then it shows up the next day totally unacceptable very poor service they need to get their act together

The staff are stressed customer service is hit or miss they seem to think they are busier than everyone else...hasn’t changed ...same small town mindset that I remember in the 70s
