Staff was extremely nice. Unhooked the rental trailer with no help from us. Was very friendly and courteous.

Burglaries are common here. Dont leave anything valuable here. Burglers replace the lock they cut off. If you find a strange lock on your unit,youve been hit. Few cameras on property.Also, california laws let crooks off the hook.

This was the worst experience ever. I get the U haul home we load then have to unload because the door coil wire went off track and the door wouldnt close.Then we were told we would get a different truck to make up the loss in hours. After a mechanic couldnt fix.This was also my 3rd reservation. The other 2 disappeared.

The only reason I gave an extra star is the gentleman at this location was very helpful. I would give him 4 or 5 stars. And give U-HAUL 0. I never should have been in Las Bannos if it hadnt been for U-Haul. We had reservations for a 24 foot truck to be in Monterey. The day before we are informed this was the closest truck we could get. A 15 foot truck. The irony of this messed up ordeal was when we got to Monterey, we drove past a U-Haul dealer who had at least 4 larger trucks than what we got. I had aleady drove over 300 miles and still needed to load up the truck and drive another 200 miles. Thanks U-Haul! Oh, by the way, I still need to go back to Monterey one more time to get what we couldnt get with the little 15 foot truck. I dont understand what good a reservation is if you cant count on it being there when you need it.
