Talked to Charles on the phone before my arrival. He said that they just got a bunch of deals on films over Xmas and so they were giving customers a deal as well. Cool beans. The installers did a great job and they were all extremely friendly. Charles checked the quality of the work, spotted a bubble, and had the guys redo them before I even noticed anything! He also explained to me to expect distorted look of film b4 it settled. Good on him to advise me beforehand. I also had my windshield done. Glad I did! My windows are still great! Thanks, guys!!

I have 8 windows that are 7 feet above the lower windows, and my apartment got so hot! From working with Charles to get a quote, to installation and the price, everything was perfect. And my apartment is so much cooler now.

Thanks, Tint Factory!When I got my new Tesla I knew I had to protect my white interior from the sun so I immediately scheduled my appointment. The staff was great and they turned it around so quickly!They also have these great handle decals with the Tesla logo that are a classy and unique touch on my car. I highly recommend adding on this option with a window tint.

Got there for an 11am appointment, the first thing the technician tried was to upsell me on a more expensive tint. I declined then he got my information and asked me if I was going to wait, I said yes and sat down. Then instead of starting to work on my car he and another guy with a white mustang on the other bay started talking and working on a plastic piece from that car. I guess if don’t get the higher price tint it’s not worth their time. Don’t recommend, go somewhere else unless you want to pay $285 or higher.

The guys at Tint Factory have been taking care of my new car habit for almost 20 years and always do a great job. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment because the word is out on the great job they do so they are often booked up.

Hands down the best experience getting my windows tinted!! My husband made an appt earlier today and when I arrived, I was greeted by Charlie and Staff. They called me by name and made me feel very welcomed. I have never gotten in and out so fast! Charlie was very thorough educating me on different tint available for my car and home. I will recommend Tint Factory to all my friends and family. Neighborhood business, great prices, and excellent service!!

I’ve had booked an appointment to redo the tint because on the last tint job they put some low quality films on my car, I dropped of my car there at 9:30AM and got it back at almost 7PMand to make the matter worse they have done one of the horrible tint job ever andVERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY FRIENDS OR MY FAMILY TO GO TO TINT FACTORY EVER AGAIN.

The guys at The Tint Factory did a great job on my tinting! It turned out perfect without any bubbles. I read reviews at this site before trying this place and since I saw a lot of 5 star reviews I decided to go there. They took their time going through different tints with me since I really wasnt sure what I wanted. I came back before the tinting was finished and the super friendly owner Frank offered me a comfortable chair and put a heater next to me. He gave me warranty information for the tinting which is good for the life of the car. Definitely go to this place!Thank you Frank and Ray!

Buyer beware this shop has absolutely no knowledge of installation.He broke my door while installing the tint : I have attached an image to my review.Rest of the reviews on this establishment are all fake I am the only real review.This may be a certified installer shop, however my experience proves otherwise: the work that I received was Shoddy at best, bubbles everywhere, creases all over my window. I will not stop here again for them to reimburse my money, rather I will have my work redone elsewhere. Thank goodness for the 3M product warranty. This covers me for another shop visit elsewhere. I got the Crystal line version of tint rap... so I have peace of mind it will be taking care at a different location.On top of all of this, all the reviews except two on this place are more than four years old? That means that just one of those reviews may not even be real. Having over 500 reviews myself I can say that the other two people that have reviewed this establishment have less than five contributions each..

Had my windows tinted on my 4-door Acura during the summer. Very competitive pricing and they did the job faster than originally quoted so yay... had this done right before I drove to Vegas. Usually I have to cover my arm and leg because Ill burn due to the sun. But this time, I didnt have to cover up AND I was able to keep the AC on minimal power without blasting on high for 4 hours. I expected the sun avoidance since thats the reason I got the tinting but the fact that I didnt have to crank up the AC so high was a complete surprise...a great one!They did an excellent job with my tint and I am very satisfied. Highly recommend them.

I made an appointment Friday and had a tinted car on Saturday! They were so nice, quick and my car tints look great. Joe was helpful and very sweet! I got my 3M tints with lifetime warranty and I’m sooo happy!!!

Purchased a Groupon after a staff member confirmed it would cover the whole amount.When I arrived it was a different story, I was told it would be an additional $50. Minimum. Had I known Id be paying $150, Id have taken it elsewhere. The owner/installer said the reason was new staff hired that week didnt know, though the call was done over a month ago.Shady bait and switch tactics, not cool.Oh, and the cheapest tint, $150, two weeks later its distorting light. It makes it hard to drive. Two other tint places confirmed that its cheap/ low-end quality tints. Go elsewhere, dont get ripped off

Horrible experience! I went there hoping to just get a tint and be done. First of all they said it would take 2 hours and it ended up taking 5. Second I brought in my brand new 2017 dodge daytona and they scratched the interior of my doors and didnt cut the tints properly. Third and last they didnt properly apply the tints and fried the bcm in my car, I had to get it towed and took it back to my dealership, it took 2 weeks to fix all the issues these guys did and when I went back to tint factory the employees acted like it wasnt their fault at all and refused to compensate me! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

Havent been here myself, but this is a great place. Friend came here to get his windows tinted (illeagal in California of course) and the upstander mechanic went and fried his BCM! Friend couldnt break in the middle of the street! He sure learnt his lesson. Haha 5 stars.
