Vinyl place next door was closed so just asked if they install vinyl. They said they would look at it. They seemed cool with doing it.I had special requests with where the vinyl would be cut, they were easy going and friendly with my request.They let me stand there and take photos. The guys were all cool, I talked to them about tint, front plates, vinyl, cars, it was chill. And best of all, it took less time then expected and it turned out great! I have a 2013 Honda Civic, which has a small stationary window next to each regular one. They did a great job with those windows, you cant see any seams or edges next to the tint (for any window), and they didnt charge more for all that extra work! The back window looks great even over the dot matrix. The cuts were very well done, the top matches the edges of the windows very well when theyre rolled down. They were also professional and very friendly, and their time estimation was spot on. I got the 20% for the back and 50% for the front. I definitely recommend them!

I have been wanting to get my car windows tinted for a while. I know its not a cheap endeavor and I wanted to make sure I do my research. I reached out to several places around Culver City, but also in the South Bay. Id def recommend reaching out to multiple places and getting quotes. I used the Request a Quote CTA on Yelp and got several responses.I landed on Alex Window Tint due to response, ratings (both on yelp and Google Reviews) and cost. My communication with Alex was all via email & he clarified options and I could make my appointment.My car windows looks GREAT! I was walked through all the options once I showed up. There are examples you can look at and I highly recommend doing so, especially if its your first time getting windows tinted (like I did). I selected 20% ceramics for the rear and 35% ceramic for the front windows. For me, this is perfect. It was $350. There is a 9% credit card fee, but if you pay cash, you can safe the 9%.Customer service and quality of work really stood out! I would recommend Alex to anybody looking for a reliable place in the Culver area. Yes, you can find a cheaper option, but its all about what youre looking for (Alex offers lifetime warranty).

I delayed my review because it’s tint, and tint has to settle a while before you know whether or not the quality of work is there. Well, it’s been 4 months, and the quality is top notch. I went with the ceramic tint and I do notice a difference, my car is not as hot. They got me and out in about 90 minutes with no appointment, on a Saturday morning. The tint is great, the service was great, it’s all great!

The worst experience ever, when i had my tints done their was air bubbles on all the windows the owner Alex said that i have to wait a few weeks and they will go away.A few weeks past and i brought my car to Alex and he said to bring in my car week later. I just dropped off my car and he literally calls me 10 mins later to pick up my carI go to pick up my car, to find out that he only fixed 1 out of 5 windows and said he wont do the rest because tinting windows is not guaranteed not to have bubbles.This idiot thinks he can do a Micky mouse job and get away with ruining my car. Stay away from this company

Family run and operated. Great people very honest, and helpful. They helped us select the right dont for us and werent pushy about going with the more expensive option. They offer a lifetime warranty and were very prompt, not to mention they kept the appointment time.

I had Alex do yet another car for me and picked it up yesterday. Beautiful job! It was completed earlier than quoted and for a very fair price. He also does car wrap. I had him add some black to a panel of my new Volt on the tailgate. Makes a much more uniform look for only $150.00 I opted for the Ceramic tinting film for the windows - its a little more money but does a better job of keeping the heat out of the car.

These guys are great! Alex demonstrated me the differences in regular and ceramic tints. Although the ceramic tints are slightly more expensive($300), they are worth it. They took an hour and twenty minutes applying the tints which wasnt too bad. They even cleaned my dirty windshield which is a plus!
