I was referred by my dealership. I had a screw in a rear tire. They attended to me quickly. The waiting room was decent compared to most tire shops. Oddly I saw other dealership cars there, so they probably inspect them before a sale, that says a lot.

I took my truck in for the wheel alignment and they performed a near perfect job that included setting the steering wheel back to factory center. My truck tracks perfectly and I could not be happier. The price was $30 less than other competitors in the area for a computerized alignment.

Great and prompt service. Local dealerships use them for their overflow/offbrand jobs. They just fixed a sensor, AC and brake job for me... Cost me about 800 less than the dealer quoted me. Fantastic service!

Terrible they have signs that say they accept Amex I showed up with a flat tire only to have to add air to my tire so I could make it to the next shop.. owner was rude and acted like he was doing me a favor for even talking to me...Luckily their was another shop across the street called LA & J, the owner there Dony was super nice and quickly fixed my tire. Dont go to Washington tires!!! Instead go across the street to LA&J!!!!!!

Went there for a flat tire. The puncture was a little too big to fix, so I had to replace the tire. I was given a choice of used or new; the used looked a little too worn, and price for new was $127 including tax and labor. Everything was done in about 45 minutes.The only other tire place Ive been to around here is the Firestone at 8th and La Brea. That place is bigger, and actually gives you a choice of new tires instead of just one. Still, since Washington is so much closer, I guess I would go there again.
