I found this place on Google and called before hand to acquire on the service I needed and the fee. First thing I noticed, some satisfied costumers waiting on their service also, the place neat and spacious. I knew I was in the right place. A great team of profesionals who took care of my car, I could tell they put pride on their work. Just the kind of service I like!

Ive been to this place before and I felt they were a professional place for my tires needs.Today I went to buy tires, got two front ones.... After they completed the job I checked and found on a wheel damage.... I showed them and even though there are rubber marking around the damage they said they did not do that..... My suggestion TAKE PICTURES BEFORE they work on your tires.......

Super nice. Patched two tires when the Mercedes dealer said they dont fix run flats and wanted to charge me $450 per tire. Instead it was $10 to fix each tire. Hopefully they stick.

Pep Boys wasted my time!!! Waited 3 hours they came back trying to sell me a $300 tire. I took it to Castellon’s Tires and they had my tire fixed in 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

Beware of this place, i was driving around on 02/16/2021 shopping for quote for a front end wheel alignment only. I knew that my truck needed the Toe adjusted because i was hit by a drunk driver and it messed the alignment up, so me needing an alignment was a fact.I pulled up to shop and didnt know where to park so i asked a employee alignment ? The guys directs me on where to park and he calls another guy over. I asked the other guy how much for a alignment? he doesnt answer my question and he asked for my key which i found strange but i said ok.The Guy drives my truck of the lot and comes back without saying a word and pulls my truck into the shop, he then comes back out two minutes later asking for the trucks information. I give the guy the information and i follow him inside because at this point im not sure whats going on or what hes doing to my truck.To my surprise my truck is already on the alignment rack in the air with the alignment sensors on each wheel, which i found strange because i had not approved any work and i wasnt even given a price. The guy calls me over to show me how much my alignment was off by and i agreed, Remember i already knew for a fact that i needed a alignment. The guy states that he could ONLY ADJUST THE TOE and not the Camber or the Caster, i asked him so whats the cost he them replies $75 and gives me a little story on why its more expensive to align a truck compared to a bmw or a honda. So i told him that i would replace the work tie rod ends to ensure i get a good alignment and i would come back. The guy then hits me with ok but thats a 25$ inspection fee and this point im confused because i never signed a paper or even agreed to a inspection knowing my truck NEEDED a alignment.I ladies and gents call this EXTORTION i was forced to give them my money no matter on what route i chose to go, i never asked for a alignment or an inspection i only asked for a price. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission to notify them of these terrible business practices. No customer deserves to get charged for something they did not approve of.A little back story on my Automotive KnowledgeI helped Manage Lobo Tech Auto on 4275 S Avalon here in LA for a while and i was the master mechanic at American Tire Depot in Santa Monica so i know what a alignment consists of and how long it should take. The guy that ATTEMPTED to align my truck took 20 minutes MAX fixing the toe and it still came out terrible.I love supporting small businesses thats why i was shopping around in the neighborhood but i would just recommend going to a reputable business like PepBoys or American Tire Depot for a alignment, yes they might be more pricey but its worth it and they offer warranty Castellons Tires does not well thats what they Guy that assisted me said .

Came in totally unannounced - was running errands, my tire had popped and this was the closest place I could find on Google maps. Jose met me outside, in the rain, to assess the damage. He was so sweet and immensely helpful. He put a plug in my tire and it took all of 2 minutes. 10 bucks later and Im on the road again. Will NOT forget this place. Thank you so much!!!

There was innocent miscommunication, and I didnt follow through until I realized the wrong tires were put on. I accept responsibility, and they went out of their way to make sure I could find the right tires, drove to pick them up and had it done fast with the installation. Maybe this is a family business, and it is nice to support something like this. Thanks to Castellons Tires for making it happen before a drive up into the snowy conditions!

Went to castellanos tire shop to buy a used tire to replace my spare tire.I recommend this place. They are honest and the service is great.

Friendly workers. Went in for an alignment but wished I would have known beforehand that it was only a front wheel alligment. I also didnt receive a before and after print out like other places do.

They tried telling me its 60 for a used tire.......minimum...wth....i usually get them for 30 down the street....in good condition......these people wait for desperate people to come by so they can prey on them......if i wanted a 60 dollar tire id buy a new one

Got a flat in DTLA and called this place cause 2 of my lug nuts were stripped and I couldn’t change my tire. I called and spoke with Jose who said he would charge me $10 to do it which was a bargain. Had my car towed there and he took care of it on the spot and the kicker was he said to only give him $5. Paid the $10, but had to post a review about my experience. 5 star service with 5 star people. Gracias Jose!!

This place is such a find for inexpensive tires - new or old. About 2/3 the price of Pep Boys, etc., and the guys are experienced and have good new discount tires. All my needs go here if possible, and I have a new Leaf and a Highlander that they have put tires on and aligned. Love them.
