Trust me its not a good address. The Ratings are too high. It should be rated with an one or less. Avoid this accommodation! Then you will save yourselves a lot!The staff was unreliable. The room was not clean at the handover. Furthermore, the staff seemed unprepared for our arrival. Even though we called 2 hours before, as Urban Dtla wished. The equipment was broken or not available. In four phone calls we were promised that we would be called back or other things. These were not fulfilled. The staff was unfriendly and uncritical. When criticism was levelled at the return of keys, we were accused of harassment. Although we have always been friendly to find a solution. We were promised a refund but never heard from them again and the manager kept disappearing.Excuses were always sought. Stay away from this place. You can thank me later.

If I could give this a minus star, I would. This was such a disappointment I dont even know where to begin. We stayed at 1355 S. Flower St., Unit 305. Carpets were filthy and I mean FILTHY. Supposedly sleeps 6. I wouldnt put my dog on the sofa bed. You could feel every rod underneath the mattress. Actually, the sofa was so awful that if you sat on the middle cushion you sank so low it was really hard to even get up. Air mattress did not hold the air. The second one they brought was a single, not a queen and the third queen wouldnt keep are in it either. We had to send two in our group to hotels. The people above us were so loud it sounded like they were dropping a 100 lb. wrecking ball. Super inconvenient too. You have to go to one location to get the key and then return the key back to that location too. If you dont have a car, its a real hassle. I had a dinner planned one evening and there werent even any dish towels or wash clothes in the kitchen. We had to use bath towels. Not even enough plastic glasses (yes, not a wine glass in the place) to have a glass of wine and a glass of water at the same time if 6 are having dinner. Terribly equipped kitchen.

WARNING these guys are scammers..we booked and paid in April. they cancelled our booking on the day of our arrival with no prior notice or message. They then refused to refund our money too..STAY AWAY you have been warned.

Very unprofessional people. Made a call to rent out a suite for a week. Was in town doing a move. The man on the phone said, I sound like I was Black in they don’t like rent out to black people. Needless to say they will never get my business. Then after reading some of the reviews I’m glad I didn’t rent the suite.

DONT BOOK HERE. NO COURTESY. We searched hotels close to Staples Center. We book with this company because their addess is a block away from Staples Center BUT the actual property we stayed at is 2.3 miles away from Staples. We only got one key, had to pay for parking (website said FREE parking), and you can hear the freeway noise from the room. I would never recommend this place or these people of business.

So very excitedly during the month of December early January me and my friends made plans to stay in their DT-LA penthouse Pool-table suite. We choose this booking over cheaper options because even though at first we were skeptical of going through a non-chain hotel, we felt confident in the reviews they had.O boy were we wrong, on January 2nd 2018 we booked the room, we were ecstatic and looking forward to the trip. Note that at this point the block of dates on their website for that room went from green to red, and i was charged for half the cost of the room, remember this, it will be important later.I talked to the host and they were seemingly nice, and willing to accommodate our request for a second key to the room. We had a few more email exchanges and then i figured that was that until the date for the booking got close enough to confirm all the check in stuff.Two whole months later, i get an email on feb 27th 2018, that my reservation had been canceled. I figured at first this must be a mistake, or i had made a mistake and forgotten to do something i was supposed to do. I read the cancellation email further and it stated that they had sold the room to someone else before us. Which unless they were selling the room through a third party site as well as their own, I find impossible since the room went from available to unavailable the second I made the reservation.So where am I at? It is two months later and all the rooms for the event we had planned to go to are now 20-30% more expensive, and there are few to no rooms left able to accommodate our group size of 8. I attempted to email URBAN EXECUTIVE SUITES back, but as of yet have not received an email. And i still have not received a refund to my credit card. I would wait more than one day to complain, but they have responded to every previous email within a day of me sending it, so to me it feels like im being ignored.TL;DR:: MY advice for potential renters is to steer clear unless you want to risk losing your reservation last minute. With a company who cant spot an over booking like this for two whole months, it wouldnt be unheard of to imagine two groups showing up for the same property, that would suck so much. So again STAY AWAY unless you want to risk losing your room.Its rare that someone goes from speaking very highly of a company they find to speaking of them in such harsh terms. Before this debacle, I spoke glowingly of the company and had made multiple recommendations to people looking to spend time in LA. Ohh well.

THEY ARE OPERATING ILLEGALLY. Ask them to prove that they have permission to SUBLEASE these properties and see how far that gets you. It is a scam.
