My wife and I recently had our civil ceremony held at one of there multiple locations managed by Living the Dream team. Let me tell you that from the very beginning they were courteous, attentive and welcoming. Our 24 guest really enjoyed the property and how spacious it was. My wife and I really enjoyed how attentive and welcoming Ashlee and the entire Living the Dream team was. Always reaching out to me making sure everything was running smoothly on our big day. Thank you Living the Dream, my wife and I will definitely book again.

SCAM!! We booked this months in advance and just this week (2 days before the reservation) Tara reached out to my friend who booked the place with a lie about the previous guests were refusing to leave because they have covid and now theyre getting layers and police involved but would try and rebook us to another rental but would cost us more. As we continued to follow up they provided the same just waiting to hear back response with no updates ever. Looking at reviews on Yelp this business constantly does this and comes up with some last minute sorry on why you cant stay anymore. They wont cancel and rely on you to cancel so that you cannot leave a review and then looks like its on the customer and not the owner. They are listed on VRBO and Airbnb - photo below to make sure no one ever has to go through the stress. They should be blocked from all rental sites!

Living The Dream  has been great to work with. They make the process so easy for tenants! I have only had great experiences with them. My family and I have been booking with them every summer for years now and every year I am more and more impressed. They are always available and have given us a five star experience every time. My brothers birthday was during quarantine and we really just wanted a place where we can have a nice dinner with more than six people. I have been booking homes from living the Dream for my photo shoots for 2 years now and they have met my expectations beyond. With photo shoots come a long list of demands and they have been very understanding and easy to work with. Our honeymoon in Malibu will remain memorable thanks to Living The Dream. They got us such a beautiful condominium overlooking some nice scenic views. We had access to a private swimming pool, which was heated at night. The rooms were immaculate and clean and the staff extremely friendly. We feel like doing another wedding.

My brother used living the Dream for his engagement ceremony he was very busy during this time so I had the opportunity of handling the booking and all. Working with Benji was so easy and quick and he understood my vision right away! We used the Malibu Garden estate for the proposal part and the outdoor stage overlooking the Malibu mountains was breathtaking. It was defiantly a picture perfect moment. I had a simply gorgeous time  at The Sunset Villa. I was there with my family, for a long Weekend, we had a wonderful stay. Their beds are beyond comfy and you can tell the linen is luxury and very comfortable.When we arrived at the house, we met our concierge, Danielle  and she  gave us a tour of the house, and how to use any amenities in the house.They have an amazing Pool & Heated Jacuzzi. Amazing amazing amazing! I could not believe it when I walked into the home. The pictures do not do the masterpiece villa justice. I stayed here with my friends for the long weekend and could not be more happy. The 360 views from the home were simply beautiful. So beautiful we even got up one morning to watch the sunrise it was a must see. If your looking for a relaxed weekend with a reliable source I would definitely recommend!

Wow! I could not have had a better staycation. With everything going on with the pandemic I could not leave the country but living the Dream gave me the vacation of my dreams. Thankfully me and my husband got married right before corona and we’re holding off for the summer to have our honeymoon. We could not leave the country but the vacation living the Dream allowed us to have more than satisfied our needs. We stayed at the Malibu garden estate for our honeymoon and we were greeted by the concierge, Danielle. She walked through the property and everything was very user friendly. In addition because we told them this is going to be our honeymoon stay when we walked into the master bedroom it was filled with flowers and candles. I was beyond amazed and will be celebrating every mile stone through living the Dream.

There so many luxury vacation homes around Beverly Hills, but few match the excellence of Living The Dream rentals. The villa I visited was nicely kept, with nice clean rooms. In the one week that we stayed at the villa, they ensured that we always had clean towels and our room was cleaned every day.

I came across Living The Dream online and decided to try them when visiting Los Angeles and I was not disappointed. My kids enjoyed every day we stayed. I had access to a clean pool where we would spend our days relaxing in the city’s beautiful weather.

It was Honestly a great experience, The sunset villa was amazing for me and my group of friends we were going on a couples trip and the two master bedrooms in the house were amazing. we all had our own space and the kitchen and living room was a beautiful open space. defiantly booking again!

Ive had the pleasure of working with Daniella and her team,  on over 10 different rental properties. Each one is more impersive than the next.Shes a true professional with such a giving/willing personality.  Benji and Rudy were so great during the booking process. They were very understanding and I would only use them for rentals in Los Angeles. They have one amazing portfolio and even better customer care!

The mansion at Beverly Hills was amazing. The staff was very friendly, and the place was super clean. I also liked the food. Professional chefs prepared food to our specifications. Not forgetting, the room service was just exceptional.

Beverly Hills is a lovely place, but you will love it even better if you find a nice place to stay. As the bag packers, we were looking for a nice place, but budget-friendly at the same time. Living The Dream got us just this. We ended up staying here for three days instead of just a night.

Living the dream more like living the nightmare. My husband and i booked a property with this company through airbnb for 2/2/2021. The day of Benji at living the dream reached out and told us that he has to cancel the reservation but that we would be giving a full refund for our $1,400.00 payment. I contacted Benji for weeks about my refund were he tried to tell me that I had to contact airbnb. After contacting airbnb I was told by them that the reservation had never been canceled and that it was still showing as active and that they did not have funds for us regarding this property and that I needed to contact the host. I called Benji back and told him what was said and asked that he contact airbnb and Finally On 3/3/2021 Benji asked for my zelle info where he would send payment that day I waited and then the following day still nothing. I called back Benji told me the same thing give him oil the end of day to refund money. The day after that I called Benji back and was then told that i needed to talk to his manager Rudy. I talked to rude Rudy and was back at square one. I just want the money that is mine I have kids and can not afford to lose $1,400 to a scammer company

I’ve recently moved back  to the West Hollywood area and have been searching high and low for a rental property that would be able to satisfy my needs and utilities that I require, this company Living The Dream was able to facilitate and advise me on my long term rental situation and find me the best value for my money. Living The Dream have estates that are the true definition of luxury. Hollywood Hills for instance have such beautiful homes, like the one we visited with my wife. I particularly loved their bedrooms that were super clean with very nicely cleaned beddings.

I rented one of the Living the Dream’s properties for my 21st birthday and had the most amazing time. Benji and Rudy were super nice and we’re available to answer any of my questions. I will definitely be booking with them again.

A total scam. I would give zero stars if I could. We booked a stay through their website for labor day weekend and were told that the house we booked was rented. THEN, we were placed in a new one. Two hours (no joke, two hours) before check in, Benji called to say the host was not allowing rentals and that our reservation was canceled, then hung up. My group of 10 tried calling him multiple times and he just wouldnt answer. A few days later I finally got ahold of him with a different phone number and he said I would be refunded by Friday. Friday came around and still no refund, and then no answer. Finally got my refund after filing a complaint through PayPal. Do NOT use this company for any rentals. I am convinced that all the 5 star reviews they have are fake. Absolute worst company ever. Part of me wishes that I didnt pay through PayPal so I could sue them for my money back plus damages; seriously worst experience ever.

I had an amazing stay at the Olympic pear villa. Benji was able to attend all our needs and check in went very smoothly. The beds were super comfortable and we had so much fun tanning by the pool.

This is a company of thieves. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. We had to resort to legal action to even get a chance to get our money back. Benji, if that’s even his real name, is their general manager. He schedules your stay, then cancels last minute leaving you high and dry. When you call for your money back, his phone line mysteriously drops... Instead of our great place, we had to stand outside for hours in 118 degree heat. Worst. Rental. Experience. Ever.

When on holiday, I prefer staying over at a place where there is a pool. Unfortunately, most places have pools but are not well maintained. We found a mansion with Living The Dream that was very well maintained and checked all the boxes for our demands.

Every issue we had with our home was taken care of quickly and professionally thanks to Mony. Benji, the General Manager, is a complete crook!! This place is run by a bunch of clowns. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! We rented a house from Benji for a long weekend in LA. Benji called us the night before our trip, told us that our house was rented and canceled our reservation. He said he would refund us our money. It’s now been 6 days since and we still don’t have a refund. Every time we call he screens the call or hangs up on us. We are resorting to proceeding with legal action.Save your money from getting scammed. Benji is a crock and Living The Dream is a complete scam of a company.

I rented a house in Malibu August 28, 2020 for the weekend. Two hours before check in I was told the price more than doubles due to ‘fees’ which have to be paid in “cash” Please do yourself a favor and stay away. Do not give low people who steal and lie any of your business. I promise you will regret it. The house also has roaches and will charge you $500 a day to use the jacuzzi

Me and my boyfriend celebrated our 1 year anniversary on the 20th of September the Bellagio villa exceeded our expectations. The high ceilings, beautiful wine selection they provide with the house, and Danielle the concierge were all exquisite. They made our anniversary one for the books!

THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Any positive review on here is likely fake. They cancelled on a group of 13 the night before we were supposed to arrive and after “promising” a refund, have been unresponsive or hanging up on us anytime we try to call. Benji has displayed some immoral, unreliable characteristics and you are a fool if you think he is trustworthy or this place is legit. Do not book here unless you want to lose a lot of money and be without a place to stay.

I was looking to rent my house for the past 6 months it was on the market but I couldn’t find anyone, I got the the phone number of living the dream threw my good freind that highly recommend.Living the dream took my property as a management and complete furnish the entire place, Not only that I’m really happy with the result I’m making much more money then I planted to rent it.I will definitely recommend them.Thank you.

Benji cancelled my reservation 4 days before our wedding reception. We paid over 10k for an event that was confirmed for 10 months and 4 days before the event, Benji finally notified us of an incident where other guests had been ticketed for hosting an event at our reservation. In order to prevent further ticketing, they pulled our reservation. They offered us a replacement that was less than half the size of our reservation with less rooms, and had the audacity to believe that this was an equal and fair offering. Benji felt justified by making us pay the same amount for something completely different, and was not willing to give any significant discounts or compensation for damages incurred (including multiple vendor services that were locked into the original booking for months now). Worse than any of those offerings was the fact that Benji was unwilling to give a full refund considering I had re-scramble my entire wedding for this complete lack of competence. Benji was also entirely evasive during this process, failing to communicate clearly or regularly, often missing calls or texts. When I wanted to escalate this matter to his manager, Benji would not allow me to speak to anyone else but himself. The entire situation was actually quite shady and felt like a scam. They continued to refuse a full refund for failing to deliver on services I already paid for. Instead, they offered me a voucher for a future reservation which is offensive to think that after this poor showing of respect and professional courtesy that I would ever do business with Benji or his team ever again. Still have not spoken to anyone but Benji as I was simply refused contact with anyone else. This is one of those companies that when things go right, they probably go well, but if things ever go poorly, they are entirely unprofessional. I would take this review seriously as you move forward with your next booking or use a third party like Airbnb or VRBO, etc. as then at least you have the backing of a real, legitimate company in case anything goes wrong. I would not be giving them a 1 star review just for the extremely last minute cancellation itself, but it is the incompetence of Benji as well as the lack of courtesy in regards to the following: 1. poor communication 2. unwillingness to escalate to another professional within the department 3. unavailability of comparable options or accommodations above and beyond expectations 4. UNWILLINGNESS TO GIVE A REFUND FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES ALREADY PAID FOR 5. Shady and scam-like company policies and practices (no transparency of any of their systems or services).

Had a great experience with living the dream. The rental was absolutely beautiful and the process was quick and easy.

I decided to host my brand launch event at the Bellagio Villa, it was one of the easiest events planned, the team was attentive, professional, and great to work with.

One of my friend referred me to Living The Dream. I couldnt be more thankful.The process was seamless, from booking, to check in to check-out everything was so easy and perfect.They had the house deeply cleaned, and sanitized before our arrival, i was very impressed.The team were wearing a mask, at my arrival showing me house and how to use all the features.All the TV were plugged in with Netflix, Hulu, Cable etc etc...We had a lockbox for our convenience which i found very smart.Thank you for your hard work.Love it.AlisonXoxo
