I made a reservation in February / 20 with free cancellation until April / 20.The next day the reservation my card was improperly charged, I complained and so far I have not been refunded.I covered the accommodation several times and through a message on April 3rd, they gave me the money back in 30 days, so far nothing has been done, they havent fulfilled what they said and are using the pandemic as an excuse, I made the reservation in early February when the pandemic did not yet exist. Dishonest people.
