Lady on the phone is so unprofessional and they are so bad at returning calls. The technician, Asian man, was so bad and seem bothered because I asked repair related questions. This place is a joke, stay away from them. I will report them to Asurion so they stop assigning repairs to them.
Do not deal with these people. Theyre unprofessional, presumptuous, and downright rude.I have an extended warranty on a television that was assigned to them through Assurion. Today, Friday at 11:30 AM, they called to assign service tomorrow between 1 - 5 PM. When I asked about Monday, they told me that Were only doing the schedule for Saturday. I asked about the time that they work on Monday, and was told 9-5. I mentioned that the timing was inconvenient (just as an aside, hoping Id get more options), and the rude lady blurted out Well, my technician cant work around the clock now, can he?A professional organization plans more than a day out, is at least slightly empathetic to their customers schedules, and doesnt treat their clients like trash.It seems from the other reviews that this is the companys modus operandi. I called the provider and asked for a different repair center. They happily obliged, and I suggest you do the same.
Do not use these people. They are a rip off. Dishonest and incompetent. Took my plasma TV in for repair. They took a week to tell me that my screen was bad and it would be too expensive to repair. They even offered to dispose of my tv for me. I declined and got a second opinion. The second repair shop diagnosed the problem in 1 hour. A week later I had my set back in perfect working order. These people refused to refund the 50.00 that I paid in good faith for a proper diagnosis. They took my money for nothing and when their incompetence was brought to their attention they did nothing to make it right.
Fixed my GoPro screen issue in about two weeks, guy at desk was very helpful, did not spend more than 10 min in this place both visits.
Wish I could give this place a big fat ZERO! Not only did I get a date for the repair to take place, I took a day off work for them to come. I never got a call the day before like they stated, so I called the morning of the repair date and the lady who answered the phone was RUDE AF! So I got a reschedule for Saturday, I told them 2 of the LED boards were out, she was like oh we keep those in stock. So the tech guy comes, and tells me they are going to have to take my for a week. WTF why didnt they tell me? This place is so unprofessional, I wish I had read the reviews and schedule another company to fix my TV. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, If I can keep just one person from going through the BS I went thru then this review was worth it! **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**
Similar to Silvias experience, I sold a board to this business. But when it did not solve their problem (they claimed it did not work at all...tested perfect when returned), they abused our return policy in order to avoid the restocking fee, shipping fee, even the return shipping cost! They cost us over $30 just in shipping costs. Perhaps they misdiagnosed the TV, ordered the wrong part or thought the board was bad. But isnt that just an indication that they just shouldnt be working on TVs in the first place? Do yourself a favor, & go elsewhere, like ELI TV REPAIR They have 4.7 stars out of a possible 5. I do not know those people, but with nearly 5 stars, they must be doing something right!
Terrible experience in trying to get refund for un unused part day after purchase. Wasted time for the runaround. Was given unreasonable request in order to get refund on product. Staff members are pleasant but sadly unable to resolve issues for owner. Company failed to disclose return policy on their receipt or at time of purchase. If you must visit this place, I recommend you ask questions on return policy or simply stick to the big box stores or online shopping. Will not recommend this place.
