Worse company ever. Ordered a bulb that never came. Called and the order was apparently cancelled by their system. We will resend that asap. Guess what it never came. Called back and guess what they never actually sent it and now have asked for my money back..did I get it back nope so now had to dispute in PayPal because they never do what theyre supposed to and I still dont have my money back after 48 hours....will tell everyone I know ..super disappointed with the customer service and the company

It was a dark day when my Samsung TV remote suddenly stopped working. Who in their right mind would shrug it off and operate their flat screen manually?? NOT ME!!! After reading the reviews about this seller and based on the fact that they have a (1) year warranty on these lamps, I decided to make the purchase. The bulbs were delivered today and looked exactly like the cheaper version you can find on other sites that only last 6-8 months. Its nice to know that this seller stands behind the product with a one year warranty.
