Every time I show up to your place she is never there and she just keeps giving me excuses that the irs need more paper and I provide that paper and she still hasn’t resolved my taxesAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST ! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF VIDAL MONTANOS INCOME TAX FOR THE PAST 8 WEEKS I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGS WITH NO CALL BACK I HAVE EMAILED HEM ALSO WITH NO RESPONCE . I HAVE FILED MY TAXES HERE AND NOW I AM GETTING NO RESPONCE REGARDING MY PAPERWORK THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO OUT TO FRANCHISE TAX BORED I AM IN A HORRIBLE BIND PLEASE DONT USE THEM THEY !!!!!!!!
The IRS says they have no record of my taxes been filed!!!And the woman charged $200

They steal your money! bad customer service !!! Taxes were made here, but they gave me someone elses address. I had to correct my account with the IRS personally. They did not help me here, they charge $ 180 and they do not help if something goes wrong. Please do not trust this place. Mrs. Montano cares about customers only charge.
