He overcharges and doesnt even give us the option to have our refund direct deposit. Nor does he allow for any work-related deductions. He just uses a basic program that anybody can do online themselves, which is exactly what Im going to do next year. Our tax return should have been much higher than it is and Im probably going to amend this year. A waste of time a waste of money
