Waited to give this review, allowing time thinking that someone will reach out to me but yeah right I thought! Getting notices from IRS that I owe after my taxes was already taken. Been calling and waiting on a callback for 2 weeks almost 3 weeks now .. no answer no response .. I even used their contact form as a last resort. Still no one has reached out or even tried to call me back! Definitely not a way to handle or run business. Really 0 stars!Update 8/31 still no response!

So fare so good my 1st time dealing with them, and the young lady that did my taxes was on point with her work and got me a cool refund with out owing ..

Purely professional, help me do my taxes and got me out of back tax issues. Prices fare for professional work they commit to, havent had a problem since 2011

They charge wayyyyyyy too much. They charged me over $650 for just 1 dependent and 1 job. Nothing was difficult about my return, yet they charged me and arm and a leg. I also ended up owing from that year because they added on all kinds of things to my return that I had no knowledge of. 😡

I call and ask them what they charge and the receptionist said $338 plus whatever else stuff that you need how dose it come out to $2900 never will I ever come back to this place make sure you ask them at the end of you filing taxes you ask them what they charged me before they send it out.

A few years ago my husband and I did out taxes here and thought we were getting good service from Gaynair. We got lots of returns until we were audited (because the company was audited- due to high charges to file) and they did not offer to help us through the process. The service changed. I ended up paying IRS over 20k for a 3year audit and had to appear in the IRS office in Long Beach. My husband had to pay his share from a 3 year audit. Learnt the hard way.

No show twice and never reply questions. Also charge extremely high

I now owe the IRS $2300.00

I gave 1 star bcus I couldbt give a 0!!! This place charged me $1400 to do taxes then charged my cousin $2000 to do hers. I have never heard of this where a company basically take your return just for filling them. Im gonna complain to IRS and better business bureau. This has to be against the law. Whats even worst is theyre centrally based in the ghetto so hes robbing his own people.

They are crooks. Ive been very loyal customer and this year i work significantly and they still charge me like 1200 and the didnt even have to put extra really on anything ..im very very disappointed in the way i was treated this and ive contact IRS for predatory tax preparations

These people put other stuff on your return without tell you what they doing so they could get more money to charge you more. Now I own the IRS

I would give zero they charged me $725 for one child and my husband 1700 for 2 children expedite tax they dont tell you until your state check does not come and you notice never again thiefs!!! i would report to IRS this is fraud!!

I was supposed to receive 1600 in my tax return, they took 1400. After all fees were said and done I got 165 and change. This place is shameless.
