He was nice enough in the beginning but was a little pricey. We found someone cheaper and given the simplicity of our needs, decided to go the cheaper route. Mr. Donaldson called back and criticized us for not using him. Obviously a very poor business decision as I will never use his services, nor will I recommend him to anyone, ever, because of the way he spoke to me as a potential client.

Contacted Greig to assist me in a Process Service in the City of Santa Monica. Grieg was very professional thought out the whole process, communicated with me about gathering as much information as possible in order to make the process go flawlessly. Will use again!

When you want honesty and a man that will do more than expected this is the guy to call. Greig was super professional, he relieved my stress when he found the address of the person I needed to serve papers to consider the back ground checks that you find online are usually outdated four years, with A Donaldson Process Server he has the up to date information that is very much needed when youre trying to find the person you need to serve. Any one reading the first review which was negative please just discard his comments, Greig is a very reliable reputable professional, you can honestly tell he cares and is for the people not for the profit. 5🌟

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with A Donaldson.When inquiring about his services for a small claims suit, I specifically explained that I wanted to hire a process server because because 1) I missed the 25 day deadline for serving the defendant with substituted service and, therefore, needed her served via personal service 2) the defendant had a gated home making it difficult for a friend to serve her via personal service and 3) because I live in San Diego and would have a difficult time filing the Proof of Service at the LA courthouse once she is served. He gave me a great pitch and assured me I was in good hands so the next day I decided to hire him and emailed him the papers as well as photos of my defendant. Then I never heard from him unless I contacted him.The first disappointment came when I learned that Greigs collaborators served my defendant via substituted service which I was willing to take the blame for. He then told me he would email me a copy of the Proof of Service once he got it from his collaborators and would alert me once it was filed at the courthouse. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing. I was wrapping up another quarter of medical school and assumed everything was being handled appropriately. After following up with him a few days before the trial, he left me a voicemail saying that the Proof of Service was filed at the end of the Friday before my Monday trial. The document clearly states that it must be filed at least 5 days prior to trial!! Needless to say, it is completely unacceptable that it took 17 days from her being served to file the document at the courthouse AND miss the deadline. I never got an explanation for the delay (nor do I really cared what the excuse is).When my witness and I showed up to court on Monday my defendant was present and we were required to step outside and show each other all of the evidence we planned on using. When my case was finally called up about 3 hours later my defendant told the judge that she tried to postpone the trial due to her sisters medical issues but was unable to file for continuance because the Proof of Service was not on file with the court in the appropriate time frame. The judge granted her the continuance so not only did I postpone my spring break travel plans for nothing, drive from SD to LA for nothing at a cost I cannot recoup, waste my witnesss afternoon for nothing, but now she has seen my evidence and has an opportunity to better build her defense. Not to mention, that I will now have to miss a day of school next quarter to reappear and wont be able to recoup Griegs $95 fee from her even if I win the case then.Greig followed up with me the day of trial via email to see how it went so I explained what happened and expressed my anger over his negligence. I demanded a refund and no further damages. Since then he wont return my calls or emails so please beware!
