This review is from an attorney who used ABC Legal for years for process servicing and court filing needs. Some changes happened at the company recently, and now it is a nightmare to deal with it. ALL of my about 10 recent process service orders were mishandled in some fashion: the proofs were filled in incorrectly, requests to correct were not answers for weeks, the process service was conducted incorrectly and not per Cal. law; also no one there knows the process service rules, as people who answer phones and process orders are not trained in this area, and simply are customer service representatives who only know how to be Nice on the phone. It delayed many cases, and put us in jeopardy of being sanctioned by the court for not serving defendants timely, or correctly. It cost our firm and our clients hours of additional attorney fees and expenses to correct the mistake. I am terminating my relationship with this company and do not recommend any lawyer or firm to use it.

This company violates California Laws. They contract with process servers and next enforce rules that are only lawful for employees. They demand you knock on neighbors doors and confirm if a person resides at a llocation. First off thats the business of skip trace. They make process servers conduct skip traces for free while they charge their customers. They also send process servers to serve at businesses that have agents for service which is in violation of process service Court rules. Ive been dealing with companies like this for years and have been victorious in court battels pro se. They also do not compensate process severs as the contract states. This reveiw is governed bh the first amendment freedom of speech

One of their representatives stole my money and did not help me to solve my problem. Worst place get legal help especially if you at California.

Not a professional company, messenger lied about their purpose upon delivery.

Very unprofessional, the server threaten to shut the company down if we were given them the run around.
