So far so good! I spoke with three vendors about rather insistent sounds coming from the attic. I assumed they were raccoons but it turns out the house has an established rat infestation. Lee was my point person and he was great with communication from the start.He came to do an inspection and was very observant about the numerous weak spots leading to the basement and attic and explained rat behavior and how his team would manage a complete sealing/baiting and trapping plan. I really appreciated his clear logic and transparency of Rodent Control Inc’s guarantee. His enthusiasm for his work sets a tone for the team and for a positive outcome for the customer.Today Lee and a team of three replaced broken grids to the crawl space, attic and roof pipes, even a compromised basement door. First let me say that I dont normally post negative reviews. However, I believe it is important to share information when we as consumers have an experience that is far beyond the norm.Short version:1) I was overcharged by close to $870 due to the sale person relying on inaccurate information on Zillow and never measuring my home.2) My property was not properly sealed.3) I had to act as the job Forman to get the workers to correct problems.4) The gas vent line was rerouted underneath my home. This is a serious Building & Safety code violation.5) I still have rodents in my attic and crawl spaces.Long Version:Pending.....

Jake and his crew were professional and timely. We had an infestation that was cleared out within one business day. They got rid of the nests and contaminants in addition to the smell which had previously permeated into all parts of the attic and garage. We had been hearing noises in our attic at night and suspected that rats had managed to get in there. They were professional, friendly, considerate and eager to do an excellent job. Contacted the company after hearing the dreaded scratching in the attic. There were several companies I reviewed via Yelp. Rodent Control had consistent solid reviews and were extremely responsive.We were set up with an initial appointment with Jake, who was prompt and communicative regarding his arrival time.He was courteous of our time (we both work at home) and took care of the inspection with no bother to us. Having a rodent problem is rather embarrassing, but there no sign of any judgment by Jake. He explained all our options and cost saving choices.We decided on our services and had an appointment for three days later, which was a relief. There was extensive work with the option with chose, and we were nervous that we would be disrupted in our work. However, the workers were as quiet as they could be with an industrial vacuum, and very respectful of the home, covering everything that MIGHT get dirty with plastic wrap.Jake was there in the morning, mid day and at closing. We worked with Jake at Rodent Control and he was professional and wonderful to work with. He was actually invested in solving our two + year rodent problem. This was our first time ever confronting a rodent problem. It made us very squeamish and frankly grossed out. We called RCI and within a few hours Lee showed up to assess the situation. He did an extremely thorough investigation outside and inside the house and came up with a game plan all the while making us feel very secure and in very good hands. Very good work by Jake Blake and his crew. Rats in your attic scratching around up there? Better call Rodent Control. If you call one of the big pest companies like Orkin etc you’re not going to get the job done completely. All possible rat entry and exit points have to be sealed or screened off. It’s not just a matter of setting traps.

Called Rodent Control when I noticed rats in my back yard. Jake came out and met us He inspected our property by going up to the roof and crawling below our house, plus completely inspected our attic. Made a fair proposal which we agreed. I just purchased a new roof and 1 day in we heard him. By the morning hed eaten the AC wire. I called Rodent Control and Judith was great, scheduled me the next day. The next day Leo showed up...I didnt want to hear what he had to say honestly I was beyond stressed by now and he remained patient, calm and kind. My senior mother lives with us and Leo got them to fit us in the day after next. The next morning Gil called because they had a cancellation and made my mother a priority. The guys spent all day rodent proofing, then they cleaned, sanitized, repelled and set traps. Theyll be back to check the traps and the work is warrantied. The price was very fair, the work is great. Some mice had moved into my place. I finally called Rodent Control when one waltzed across the living room floor. They were super responsive. Jake came over to assess the problem and set up an appointment for his guys to come back the next week. David and Jesus showed up right on time and spent the day sealing all the routes into the house and lower crawl space. They set traps in case any mice were left after the noise and fog that were supposed to drive them out in the morning. No sign of them so far but the year warranty means if they do show up I’ll be able to call Jake and I know he’ll have his guys take care of it. Very happy with how quick and easy this all was.

I contacted them they were very nice and professional and a young man named Jake came out inspected my home he explained in detail what was going on and what the company would do to put an end to my problem. We had been having trouble with rodents for about a year. I first called my regular pest control company and they sealed all the openings they found and set traps. They caught a few rats and we thought the problem was solved. Then a few months later we found evidence of a mouse in the house. We decided to go with a company that focuses on rodents for the second go round.Rodent Control approach was much more thorough. They knew where to look for possible openings not typically viewed by other companies and found quite a few. They closed up all openings and set traps. They also cleaned debris and droppings from the attic space and fumigated to remove any odor left by the rodents. Fortunately our insulation is relatively new and did not need to be replaced. We feel much more secure with their approach.Everyone we encountered from Rodent Control was pleasant and personable. It was a pleasure working with them.

Moe, Gil and their team are the best in the business. I have had an ongoing rat problem for a few years now. Every year when it starts getting cold and rainy, rats find their way into my attic. I had a different company come out a few years ago and they were able to reduce the frequency of the rats entering the attic, but were never able to completely eliminate the problem. Rats are extremely smart and as time went on, I wasnt even able to trap them in the attic anymore. They avoided the traps completely and they moved in permanently. I found Rodent Control on Yelp and Moe came out a did a thorough inspection. I immediately appreciated his thoroughness, honesty and work ethic. They spent an entire day cleaning and disinfecting my attic and sealing all of the entry points around my house and garage. I continued to hear activity in the attic. Most companies would have thrown up their hands and given up, but these guys are unbelievable. They stand behind their service 100% and have such pride in their business, that they treat your home as if it was their own. They came back out on several occasions and set up cameras in my attic to try and pinpoint where exactly the rats were entering. These guys are like a SWAT team for rodent extermination. They never gave up. My attic is now rodent free for the first time in three years. I cant tell you the relief and gratitude I have for Moe, Gil and their team. These reviews must all be FAKE! I paid 3500 to have my rodent problem taken care of and I still have rodents running around the Interior of my home nearly 3 months later. My young child screaming bloody murder!!! To make matters worse no one canme back out to check the traps as promised a week after installation, so I called a month later to find out whats going on and another tech came out only to tell me the first crew didnt even leave any traps!!!! How ridiculous is that??? !!! However even though traps were eventually put under the house there are still mice inside the house!!! UNACCEPTABLE!

Danny from Rodent Control was a gentleman and very helpful. I found a dead rat in my rental house and he was able to identify why it was there, what else was there, and how to avoid such activity in the future. He gave me a crash course in dealing with rodents - rats and mice - and gave a very realistic estimate for the whole property and also for one edifice e.g. the garage as apposed to the main house. Started having rat issues about 3 months ago. tried trapping ourselves to no luck we only got one in the attic. they finally got into the house we called 3 other exterminators none would even attempt to catch the rat that were inside. They sent over a rep right away and he gave us a thorough explanation of what needs to be done and the time frame. I highly recommend them!!

Let me start off by saying, weve never had a rodent problem at our home. As soon as we starting hearing noises coming from the attic we knew we had to call someone. Rodent control was quick to respond and schedule an appointment with us. Moe came to us and checked out the issue, he gave us a detailed plan on what to do next and just like that he solved our issue. They left no mess behind and were very professional. I highly recommend them for any of your rodent issues.

We had rats in our basement that ate thru our duct workI called gil ad Danny was at our house with in two hours on wednesday before thanksgivinghe did a thorough inspection of not only our basement but attic space as well as well as some additonal crawl spaces. we walked around the perimeter of the house and he pointed out many openings where rats could squeeze thru. we decided to have our hose rat proofed but since we were leaving for the ong weekend Danny just laid a few traps so we could sleep well that nightand came the following tuesday to sanitize our basement attic, and secure all the openings.... the workers were plite and left everything very clean so far we have been very happy with the job and hopefully we will have no more rats in our home

This company does exactly what’s in their name, control the rodents!!I had a rat problem in my home since moving to LA 5 years ago. Rodent Control Inc found a passage way that was hidden and the rats used it to get in and out. I’ve had so many companies come in and out that couldn’t seem to solve the problem and my family and I were about to give up. As soon as one of the field reps Mor came by and did a thorough inspection, he showed us images of what was going on in our attic and explained to us what the next steps were. The next day, Mor came by with a crew and sealed up the passageway very professionally. I can’t tell you enough how thankful we were to have found them! I highly recommend using them for any rodent issues you’re experiencing.
