Two weeks before my baby shower, I contacted Tiffanys Party Rentals because of the glowing reviews I saw on Yelp. From the start, their response time to my e-mails were poor, but I secured the items for my delivery nonetheless and requested a time (1:30PM) that I was told they would work around. For days, I asked for clarification for the delivery time on my items and the only response I got was I will let you know as soon as we have the route set 4 days before the party. I not only never heard back, but after multiple e-mails, all I got was the delivery drivers phone number. When I spoke to the driver, he had not been informed of my ideal delivery time and instead was going to deliver the items between 5 and 6PM. He did not show up until 10:30PM that night, and when he did, he delivered broken items.Luckily, we were able to make the items work for the party, but when I reached out to Tiffanys Party Rentals to express my disappointment and ask for a refund for the broken items, I did not hear back for days. And when I did, all I got was defensive responses and no refund. Again, I asked for my very reasonable request for a refund, and did not hear back for 4 more days, at which I informed them I would be posting my negative experience on all review platforms.Only then did I get my refund. It is clear to me that Tiffanys Party Rentals puts little to no effort into customer service or communication, and also fed me lies and defenses to our very simple business exchange. I would not recommend them to anyone.
