Do not waste your time or money.Arrived an hour late, booked a couple months in advance, but my paper work was lost so I didn’t hear from them until I reached out. I didn’t get the speaker I asked for, no heads up until they arrived. Not only did they arrive late but they got here exactly @ the pickup time rather than being considerate since they were late & rushed us out the chairs & tables. Rude owner & wife. While he was putting the jumper away she stood there staring at my party with her hand on her hip. When leaving, No Thankyou no goodbye packed up & left. Inconsiderate & rude. Never ever again !!! Save your time.

Unprofessional from beginning to end, horrible customer service, paid 245 for jumper, snow cone machine, 15 chairs, 3 tables, and a tent I never received. When I told Elijah that I didn’t get the tent he told me he would refund me for the tent which he only refunded 35 dollars. I reached out to him several times and no response. I normally don’t do this but this is ridiculous

I like to thank all Our Kids Jumper in party rental for saving my daughters sweet 16... Thanks to them my daughter had a wonderful sweet 16... I had to find someone in 3 days to rent a tent, tables and chair from due to the fact the ones I had schedule bailed on me... The prices are reasonable and they arrived quickly when I need them I dont have a back yard so the party was in the front and I wanted to the street view to be cover and the 10 by 20 fit perfectly with 4 tables and 30 chairs... Very happy will return... PS There was plenty of room for the kids to dance later...

Horrible Customer Service. If you are a person of color trying to support, this is not the company, This man was ready to absolutely to yell ready to argue an yell at me because I asked for a receipt, no response from him for 3 days service that didn’t happen. Lied about the deposit. Will do my best to tell everyone I know not to use this company.

I put a deposit on a jumper and he never showed didn’t call me or anything. I kept calling all day and all he did was ignore my calls. He literally ruined my daughters party. I will never suggest this company. Worst company ever.

They were on time, professional, and clean. They cleaned and disinfected the jumper thoroughly after setting it up. Which is greatly appreciated. Thanks again. Highly recommended.

I called them 3 different times and all I was told was Im driving I will call you soon when I get to the office. They had me send them my information and still never recieved a response from anyone forcing me to go through another company

OMG....I would just like to say THANK YOU to All Our Kids Jumpers and Party Rentals! They were very professional and courteous over the phone when I first called in a panic,(after calling about 4 other places ) needing tables and chairs for a Saturday ......and I was making the call on a THURSDAY evening! (good luck with that huh) . Well I spoke with a lady named Janice, she started asking questions like when is the event, how many people etc, etc. . I was thinking OK they are not going to have it . Well guess what I was looking for the Shopkins jumper and she said YES we have it ! I was sooo happy . She went over everything I wanted over the phone, gave me prices ( great) took my information and told me that they could bring everything the night before around 7ish. When the staff arrived with the jumper, tables and chairs, they were clean and in really great condition (very impressive) Im a hard sell. lolFYI you guys are my first call now for all of my future party needs.Woohoo my little one turned 5 years !Natalie G.

This place us unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. Please take your business elsewhere! They will get a deposit and not show up! Communication is poor and no consideration for leaving children sad. These crooks shod not be in business!

Awesome!!! Elijah was super nice when he dropped off a jumper and some chairs for my sons birthday. He made sure the jumper was clean and working properly. Also made sure it was secured to the ground. He even allowed me to keep the jumper later then originally planned w/out an additional charge. Great price too! Defiantly will use this company again for the next party👍😁

We celebrated our twins 5th birthday party with the castle jumper. From our first interaction, the Owner was helpful and patient. He arrived to the venue for set-up on time and was meticulous about making sure the jumper was clean and ready to use. The kids spent a large part of the party inside of the jumper and especially enjoyed the basketball hoop inside. Pick-up was easy and quick. We would highly recommend Elijah for any of your party rental needs. He made the entire process very easy.

I met Elijah through a business arrangement and although I have yet to use the service. I cant wait until I can. He has a great upbeat personality and is an overall great guy!!! His energy is positive and his spirit is so delightfully. I look forward to doing business with him in the future. If you use his service Im sure you would not be disappointed.

Amazing customer service and great price!I needed a bounce house for an evening event and they were wonderfully accommodating. Great set up crew and everything was in very nice and clean condition. I called all our kids jumpers a week before my party and the customer service was wonderful they come to my house to make sure I had enough room for 20 by 30 tent. The day of my party they arrived on time and the delivery crew was fantastic. All our kids jumpers did an making job when it came to having an event at a park. I was running a little late to the park, they arrived before I did and they patiently waited until i arrived with no problem . I appreciate it so much.

Delivery was a little over an hour late. Jumper was advertised and charged as a 15x15 but was actually a standard 10x10 jumper. Tables and chairs were worn out and flimsy cheap plastic. Price is about average rate for a party rental company.
