If you are having a WEDDING or a special event you cant set up the day of.Do NOT rent from these people.Not only did they NOT set up the TABLES AND CHAIRS the day of MY WEDDING but finished setting up the TENT late if the employees were getting paid hourly.When I asked for help setting up the tables and chairs (as you would ASSUME when renting), She called me back with a RUDE and IMPUDENT tone Your are more than welcomed to start setting up...(talking like we had all the time, hello! we have a ceremony) she kept talking and excusing themselves saying because of the WIND they couldnt set up a day before, yet they picked up a day after -___- and the WIND gave her a taste of her own medicine for their unwillingness to HELP a $1,230 paying customer.Then asked for a picture of the set up days after -_-What you give is what you will receive 1 STAR .
I book with ajspartyrentals three weeks in advance. I did all the arrangements and signed the contract for my event. On Thursday before my Saturday event I sent a message regarding them picking up their equipment after the event. The girl in the office sad she would talk with Noe when he came back from a delivery and she would call me back. I never received a call back. Later that evening I received a email cancelling my order. This was unprofessional and I believe if I was Hispanic and not black this would have not happened at all. Everyone be careful of this business.
Very Disappointed. Reserved a date with Kristie last week for November 14th. During our conversation, I told her I needed 100 ballons in 4 colors, with metallic gold being one of them. Kristie indicated that she had regular gold but would need to check into the metallic gold and get back to me. I told her fine. Although youre going to get back to me, I would still like to reserve the date for November 14, 2020. To date, Kristie had not responded back on the metallic gold balloons. I touched base with her today to follow up and she advised that I do not have a reservation for the 14th and they were already booked for balloons that day. Kristies tone was rude and condescending, which was not indicative of a business owner who values my past and future business with their company. Obviously, there was some breakdown in communication between us. I would have appreciated alternatives or some type of discourse on how we could work out the situation. Instead, Kristie just treated me like another number and exhibited sheer disregard to my concerns. I will not offer my patronage to AJ Party Rentals again.
I booked AJs 1 year ago and their equipment and customer service was excellent. I defenetely recommend them for your next party needs

0 star! I do not like businesses that create the big thing! And that they treat a client as if they are doing him a favor. And they answer you send me a text to see if I have something available and your postal code because I need to see it on the computer ... She is an ignorant woman.You do not realize that a satisfied customer comes back and recommends you with others. Needs some excellence classes in customer service.
