John Domingo was informative on every step I had to take. Not once was I in the dark on what my next step were through this horrific deal. He was communicative and honest. I may not have gotten what I wanted from my tenant but at least she is out. Thank u for your services. The fact that is was reasonable help a whole lot.
Great & fast Service if you have a tennant that broke your rental contract for non payment of rent. Come in to start your case
Affordable eviction service like JOJOKOFilm said. Cheap, fast, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend them because these people can get your eviction done. I had a case that was almost impossible to win. Saved me over $18,000 and a lot of time in courts. If you need an eviction done. Use this people as you will not be disappointed. You will be thankful you used them when the whole process is done. I mostly work with John and Michael and they are very professional and great at what they do because before speaking with them. I was actually thinking of selling my house to get rid of the problem, but John fixed my problem at a low cost.
John was very helpful working diligently getting every part of my case figured out. He answered every time and had an exact extension so i wasnt redirected a million differnt times. I asked a lot of questions and John answered them all. I was able to call in and he stayed extra time after work to resolve my issues. Thanks John if i ever hear someone needing a refrence you will be number one on my list.
John Domingo, was given 4 units with back rents, figures were not entered in paperwork . I was told one thing by John something different by the court. One case was lost wrong paperwork, 3 cases I finished myself. NEVER use this service....Landlord legal is better with lower fees
Economical way to evict tenants Thanks for your fast and easy eviction services.
Do not use! I called several attorneys and picked this one based on price and my initial phone call with John Domingo. Theyll say what needs to be said to get you in the door and thats where their service stops. They made multiple mistakes that cost us thousands of dollars in lost rent and damage to the unit that was incurred when the tenant should have been evicted already. Heres a few of the mistakes they made:-They over charged. They advertised that the initial fee would be $600 because I was a first-time client. They then sent an invoice for $625. I signed it but reminded them of the first-time client discount. They then charged $660 and wouldnt respond to multiple emails I sent asking about it. They finally said the difference would be credited for the trial or writ costs.-10 days after they charged my credit card they still had not filed and when I asked why, they said they were waiting for payment. I had to remind them that I had already paid.-They filed the request for default too early. (This means they counted the days incorrectly. Anyone can go on the courts website and see how to correctly count the days. Inexcusable for licensed attorneys to make this mistake.) This caused the filing to get rejected and created additional delay.-They then refiled the request for default but put the wrong dates on the form. This caused a 2nd rejection and more delay. I emailed Ruby, John Domingo and Michael Klosk (the actual attorney whos name was on the file, although I question whether he did any of the work given the multiple mistakes and his failure to respond to even one email of mine) and got no response. When I called and asked them what was taking so long they said they hadnt heard back from the court yet. After more delay, I called the courthouse directly. The clerk told me about the two rejections. I then called them back and they said they hadnt heard back from the court. Arent they the ones that should be calling the court and finding out whats going on, not me?-When we finally got the default from the court, they sent me a new invoice for $330 for the writ/lockout. We started this process in the middle of October. Its now mid/late December (in an uncontested eviction) due to their mistakes, which cost me thousands of dollars and theyre going to request additional payment? When I asked that they cover it, their concession was they theyd cover the writ filing ($25) and send me the sheriff instructions to bring to the sheriff on my own.-We received the writ of possession and sheriff instructions from them as well as instructions on where to bring these items. They told us to bring the paperwork to the sheriff in Inglewood. This seemed odd since the property is located in Los Angeles and our previous experience was that we needed to bring them to the Los Angeles courthouse. I emailed them about this and got NO RESPONSE. I had to call the courthouse on my own to confirm that it was the LA courthouse and not the Inglewood courthouse. I brought the paperwork to the sheriff on my own and now finally have a lockout scheduled...3 months after the entire process started in an uncontested eviction. These people may be some of the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money and hire someone that will do it right.
I have used Los Angeles Eviction Service for several evictions now. They are fast, inexpensive and does a fantastic job evicting my problem tenants. I would definately recommend them.
VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TOP OF THINGS
Thanks for all of your great comments!
