I called and they hung up on me and didnt Answer my calls. Very impatient and disrespectful.

**Second Update:05/24/2020I asked to speak with a manager, Martha is not willing to help and do so,And I am still waiting for my ORIGINAL birth certificate they holding for both of my kids!!!!So on top of the prices they charge, they will hold and do god know something with your birth certificate so on top everything I also need to handle another issue and get a new birth certificate for my kids.STAY AWAY !!***updateI contacted Martha which was also very not polite and helpful, I asked to speak with a manager and she told me a manager cannot take care of me, She told me they are a private office and they are not informing customers who doesn’t know they are charging you amount on each service they giving you that higher than Empire State!!!I asked her:” but I didn’t know you private company that provide that service and when I spoke with the First Lady she didn’t told me that either! She told me that those are the prices in California!!”She answered that they are not informing their customers that they are private and going to charge you x6 more than regulate Apostille!Be careful!! They are not willing to help, even not to refund you portion of the amount as a courtesy and to give you the feeling they care about you even tough she lied to me over the phone and told me those are the prices in California and not that is the private company issue!I have all the calls recorded, waiting for the manager to contact me back.I needed a birth certificate stamp and I got this place.Let’s start from the very First Lady who answer the phone and had a very bad attitude.She was very unhelpful, short, and wasn’t pleasant at All.When I asked her why it cost me $156 for stamp, she didn’t explain me why and just gave me the feeling I bother her.( used different Apostille before and it cost me $15 per paper)She told me that for birth certificate it’s $156!!!!!!!!!!! I ended up paying for 2 birth certificates $340 including the fees and the return shipping label too.Till today I can’t figure out how it cost other people $15-$20 per paper, and I paid $156 per paper isn’t it suppose to be same price to every-one- everywhere ????I just wanted to let you know that she didn’t expedited the forms or anything like that.Very dissatisfying, disappointing.

I wasnt sure what an Apostille was. I was just told I needed one and I found this place. They explained it to me and had my birth certificate back to me the same day. Authenticated and stamped. Had a great experience with them. Thank you so much.

Great Service! I called after hours at 9 pm the only time my Ex was available to sign papers. They were able to accommodate me and I really appreciated it. Plus, there was security around. So, I felt safer.

I had a bad experience here. The woman that helped me over the phone had an attitude problem but, I hung in there patiently because I wasnt going to sink to her level. I wish I would have gotten her name. Aside from dealing with the grouch, the front desk personnel were unprofessional. The man was arguing and yelling at the desk woman over a problem they were having. The woman wasnt any better though. I went to pick up my documents and they lost them. I had to wait an hour to get them back. The front desk lady didnt seem to care much because she said it wasnt her job to keep track of those types of things. After finally getting my documents back one of the translations wasnt signed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I question the legitimacy of the previous reviews after my experience.
