Best nail place ever! They are always super nice!!! They cater to whatever you want and have the best attitude! The place is nice clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

Im so surprised by their rating. Ive lived in Westwood for over 10 years and Ive tried almost all of the nail salons in my area. I love Star Nails. The people are nice, accommodating with times and they do a great job. Would def recommend!

When I came to this place they were very rude the language that they spoke was mandarin and spanish and I know both and they were saying very rude cuss words about me and the nails were sloppy and when i went to the bathroom i saw 2 rats in the bathroom. And when i asked for simple nude color she said no and charged me extra for being rude? and the prices are UNBELIEVABLE I got a pedicure and a manicure and she charged me 2000$ will never come here again

My nails fake nails are posted notes and not clean and I had blood they charged 1000 for the best I gave then 100

Polish change and manicures are terrible.Perhaps because they are watching their soap operas. It would be nice if the tv had an English program on since most clients are speaking English.Sloppy work that doesnt last!Theres more. Save that for another time.I wont be going back!

For the greedy employees: you are horrible at doing nails, plus if a customer wants something then listen to them instead of charging them and forcing them to. Now you know why you have a one star rating.

This place is the absolute worse. The lady there was so rude, I asked for fill in and she said no. Was going to charge me extra for new set.
