I enjoy this Spa! I am a regular. I recently got a pedicure manicure and wax treatment on hands and foot. The place is peaceful and quiet. Very attentive to detail. The service providers listen and meet your demands. cash only Due to pandemic. They are sanitary and well equipped to handle your spa day needs!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEpaid $90 for a terrible full set. The picture i showed guy named Paul was COMPLETELY different from the outcome even tho he said he “knows” what he’s doing. THEN insisted with me that there was NO DIFFERENCE !! Though it’s open during Covid-19, it’s NOT worth it. Find a better nail spot because this one is not it.

Don’t go here . This was by far one of the most unprofessional nail shops I’ve been in. They are rude and rush through the job. I had to go home and fix my own toes. And they also over charge. Don’t waste your time because they will

Nancy is the mf best. Been going to her for 3 years now. She is clean respectful and knows how to handled black skin. She can do eyebrows great to. She works sat sun mon tue wed. I dont always get fake nails but when i do dose her thing.

Dont go, over priced and bad service. My pedicure was the worst I ever had for $47. And they only take cash and rush the service, I had to go to another place to fix my Croket uneven polished nails.

Do not go here! I repeat do not go here!!! They are beyond over charging people I went about a month and I paid $30 for my toes (gel), I went in yesterday and I paid $40 just for my toes (gel) so in a month they went up $10 more she was doing a callus remover when I never asked for it! so with that being said I had to pay for it. There was this other girl who paid $30 just clean no color no nothing! beyond insane this place is overpriced and they always rushing dont waste your money & time!!! just looking out for everyone :)

Ive been going to Jenny since 2003 and shes pretty much the only person I allow to touch my feet. Kevin does nails bomb as well but I dont like the way the dont there tools after each use because some of those women feet be looking horrible

They watered down the polish and the same day it started chipping...Went back the next day to change the mail polish. The lady said she would do it but I had to pay her $10 for my toes cause they considered not messed up...She argued with me for over 10 mins.Needless to say... I got them done... didnt make a scene... walk out satisfied...WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Not a good experience. What a joke The prices posted are different, than what you are charged. The lady, that did my mom pedicure. Did not get a tip, due to poor quality work...

Went to this place and they refused to do any service on my natural nails. Kept saying that the only way they could do nails is if you do a full set. The worst part is I called the shop ahead of time to see how much they charged for a manicure and they said we need to look at your nails before we can say. I shouldve known then that they werent for me.

I’ve only visited to this shop once, but my experience was very disappointing. It was very unprofessional and I was overcharged for rushed, messy work. My nail tech was happy to clean my nails up, but it was unprofessional to even try to send your client off with such sloppy work to begin with. The worst part is that at least half of the acrylic nails ended up popping off a week later! The shop as a whole needs to do a better job and work on professionalism, especially if they’re overcharging. Overall, the money spent was definitely not worth the service.

My Pedicure was amazing. However I was very disappointed with the customer service, I asked for Dip Powder and first the person in the front said “we don’t have too many colors.” I asked what colors do you have, I picked the color once they had filed my nails down for dip the nail tech realized after saying she could do dip that she didn’t have the right equipment for it. The receptionist very rudely came to tell me something that the tech made very clear, rolled her eyes and said well you can get gel or some other kind of polish as we don’t do Dip.Right because this is the time to tell me that.Rude!

Horrible service and I’m so upset because I have a flight to catch early next morning, spent 97 on my nails and extra for the color only for it to chip the next day and they refuse to fix them. Receptionist keep telling me I have to pay full price. And to think I tipped these people smh this can’t be legal. They do not care about us!

Love how they do my eyebrows . Theyre gentle and hands are always clean. Tools they use are always clean.

TERRIBLE!! The workers are so rude and they had no manners whatsoever, they kept rushing me and my sister to choose a color and they didnt even ask us what size we wanted our nails. My sister got her finger cut and the nail polish job was really bad, there were some parts of my nails that werent even painted. It was not worth it coming to get my nails done here and we got charged waaaay too much.

Worst nail salon by far ... I came her because my mom wanted to get a pedicure so I decided why not get a full set sat down with one of the ladys she literally stopped every 5 second to have a conversation with another lady and then at the end of it my nails were uneven the lengths were different and I had to set there and file them myself. She still kept on asking if I wanted polish. On top of that I still had to pay for them didnt offer to fix them or take them off but charged me for them. Never again will I go here just a waste.

I moved to Texas two years ago and I miss this place. I used to go every two weeks and I was never disappointed. Tony is hands down the best nail tech Ive ever met. Not sure if he still works here but if he does, get your nails done by him.

Queen nails is great. The nails are done right and most of the staff are nice and courteous. My favorite nail tech is Tony he is really talented and always professional. And he gives you what you want and what your paying for... with no problem.

I asked for a regular mani-pedi, the woman put gel on I didnt ask for, then they said it was $60. $60! They were opened up outside under a canopy because of COVID19, & they had dirty hand towels flung everywhere. They were rude, snotty, and unprofessional, to say the leastThey tried to do the same thing to another girl there at the same time.

Staff is rude. Came in to get a pedicure. Was seated then asked to pick my color for my toes. When i returned less than 1 minute, the woman sitting next to me friend walks in and talked to my nail tech. The nail tech tried to make me wait while she was going to do the friends toes and i told her no and sat down. Then i thought about it and got up because i didnt want her to rush my pedicure. I had already said i wasnt coming her anymore but now its official. I have had a relaxing experience at other places where they have taken their time. Here they rush and give you a 5 minute pedicure just to get to the next customer. They just lost a great one.

Always go here to get my eyebrows done! I ask for Cookie or Linda, but I also heard that Tammys work is good as well. The place is well kept, especially for that area. The only dislike I have is that I have to bring my own brow razor because they use the same one on everyone and only disinfect it when asked to do so. Gross! Other than that, I like it.

I you do make sure you ask for prices first, I did regular man and ped paid $30 + 6 dls tip I was wondering why 30 if the prices board says 12 man, I was at the parking lot and decided to call make sure I was mistaken well I asskedfor prices and the man on. the phone said it for mani and pedi regular would be aroun 22 dls this place steal your money

Went here to get a fill and nail fixed, it took an hour. Not to mention my nail I got fixed came off a week later. The lady who did my eyebrows left me with barely any eyebrows. I will not be returning, my daughters can have it.

I just happened to stumble upon nevas going to work everyday. as we all know its close to impossible to find that oh so perfect brazilian but look no further, she was professional, clean and there was very minimal pain! :) with summer around the corner i will definitely be ready thanks to nevas.

This place is terrible. Horrible customer service by the receptionist. I was left with gross nails, had to go pay for them to be redone elsewhere because I did not trust staff there. When I asked for a refund, the receptionist told me they didn’t give any and it wasn’t his problem. If you want good nails worth the price go to queen nail in cudahy.

Really poor service, bad place, messy and dirty as your can imagine the worse experience I had...On the top of this they cut my husband skin and they act like nothing happen even when it was both sides not only one... I don’t recommend this place to no one, now I know why isn’t on yelp!!!

I think only doing your hands and toe nails is worth it. Dont do your eyelashes or eyebrows cause they do it quick for a cheap price and youll end up with horrible results. They dont do an excellent job. They also DONT TELL YOU that you can only get a refund on the same day. Youre better off going to a professional place at west L.A. You get what you pay for.

By far the worst place Ive been to yet. I NEVER come to this place but my favorite nail place was closed and I needed to get my nails done ASAP for an event so I said the hell with it Ill give it a try. First of all, its a zoo in there! I went in to get a gel manicure but was seated in a damn spa chair 🤔🤔. Second, the old lady that did my nails could barely even walk, let alone see. She made one of my fingers bleed, didnt apologize and gave me a smirk. An apology wouldve sufficed. Didnt clean my edges properly and didnt let my nails under the UV light for a good amount of time. I had to tell her she needed to wait before she cleaned them.(was in a hurry to get done to go ruin someone elses life). She insisted they were ready so I let her clean it and the nail polish came off! Dafuq?! I shouldve walked out and not paid. I left so disappointed!!!

First time trying this place since I live 2 blocks down, I walked in when somebody was screaming saying b@tch Then Dont do my nails I was like ok she is crazy then when it was my turn I understood why she said it and wanted to say the same thing lol I have 4 kids and never do acrilic nails I cant function and the nail lady insisted 3 times for me to get acrylic and how my nails will look ugly short and with gel i said No thank you 3 times then she gave me the feeling that she didnt wanted to do her job anymore i ignored it and when I asked to take out my ingrown she said we dont do that and if I do I will have to take a picture of it and if not I can leave 🙈🙈🙈🙈 so weird! so I just walked away I wasnt mean nor rude but I sure wanted to scream like the lady that I saw earlier!

Very polite people and very nice service not like Summit Nail Bar. Those people had some issues they need to get their attitude together. I would recommend Queen Nails because it’s a fair price and they do a good job👍🏻

Brought my mother here, the nails were nice. But the customer service wasnt. Was asking the man who did my mother’s nails, how much it be for a pedicure. Was ignored three times even though I was right next to him. And gave an attitude the rest of the time.Not sure i’ll be coming back.
