This is my 4th visit to Miniluxe - Im sold on this experience! The days of going to a salon and coming away with toenail fungus, being unsure of the products being used or the skill level of the staff and being rushed through are over!! The courtesy and calm here is unmatched - such a nice visit and an opportunity for true self-care with a pleasant environment, up to the minute technology and practices, and did I say clean? And it didnt take a pandemic to make that happen. Clean is part of the entire experience and has been from the beginning. The staff is paid well and is offered benefits from health insurance to 401K. Now thats the way it should be. These people are professionals and it shows. Thank you again Miniluxe. I drive from Thousand Oaks to get here (74 miles round trip) and its worth the distance. Every.Single.Time. See you in a month!

Always a pleasant experience at MiniLuxe Brentwood. Clean space, friendly staff and appointments are always on time. Yesenia does amazing job with my nails and Jackie is an absolute star if it comes to waxing.

The professional manner in which all cohorts, at this facility, presented themselves is not only refreshing but truly inspiring as well. The customer service experienced can be classified as legendary service.Even with the stress that most retail establishments are confronted with in order to follow Covid-19 protocols the general environment was relaxed. The services were above reproach. The place was clean! All stakeholders in this company can be very proud of their business model. It works well!I had a pedicure, half leg waxing, and facial waxing. I also had my eyebrows tinted. I felt relaxed, welcome, and quite comfortable throughout the entire experience at MiniLuxe.There is ample parking in the back of the store. And on my way back to my car stopped into The Haven. Fabulous place!

High level customer service! Beautiful and clean nail studio. Ping was really nice, and a great nail technician. Its pricy but worth the money for a relaxing quiet environment. And free parking too! I will be going back for sure!

My first time going back to Miniluxe since they shut down in 2020. has always been my favorite nail salon, and the staff is different now but still operating with the quality i had come to expect. very clean, everyone is friendly, and their work is great.

The wax technician is wonderful; great personality, professional and excellent, caring service.The host at front desk is sweet and efficient.

The folks here are always friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. My boyfriend and I went today for Mani pedis and we so thoroughly enjoyed them. The place is very, very, clean, doesnt smell like chemicals, and it is so relaxing. I love coming up here to treat myself.

Got the performance manicure. Joyce was super nice and the manicure has held up amazingly well. Its now nine days old and zero chips (ignore my ugly fingers in the photo - look at how well the finish has held up).

Everyone here is very friendly. Clean and organized inside. Relaxing atmosphere. Parking is limited but you can find some nearby.
