Wish I would’ve have read all the negative reviews before I conducted any business with this company, because they’re all true. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Agreed to a ONE time payment to relief my entire debt, however was charged by this company TWO more times, that I did NOT authorize. Would have been fine if I had I received the credit back, like I was told the initial time I called. But instead of being credited back, I was charged again. And upon the third time calling the company I was told by supervisor, Mark, that it was my fault for leaving my browser open?? So they couldn’t do anything about it for me. So to sum it all up, this company stole money from me that did not belong to them and told me they could not refund me. Beyond just bad customer service. This company should reconsider their entire way of doing business.

Went through these reviews and am not surprised by all the 1 stars!!! I have never heard of this company and suddenly I owe $177? I never even received a bill in the first place! This company is a scam and they need to be put out of business. If you try to call them none of the options work to actually reach anyone. I reported them for fraud. Return innocent people’s money! Ruined my credit too. I am repulsed. I hate scammers.

This is a very negative review of USCB and their predatory practices. In good faith, I set up a payment plan with them for a large, unforeseen medical bill. They were deducting the agreed-upon auto-payments from my account each month and everything was fine. This week, however, I checked my account and realized they had not deducted the payments for three months, so I called them. They said a payment had not gone through because of a problem with my card - which was a LIE. They said they had tried to call me - which was a LIE, because my phone number has not changed. They said they mailed me a notice - which was a LIE, because I have not moved. Obviously, they did not want my payment, because they were able to charge interest after their claim that “the payment did not go through.” Their tactics are criminal because they have a monopoly on medical billing collections, and everyday upstanding citizens are defenseless against them. They knowingly and willingly took advantage of me — someone who had a serious medical issue and was having trouble paying the outrageous cost of the current corrupt medical industry charges.

This place is a SCAM !!! They have collected money from me in the past for some Kaiser Bills they claimed that I had past due. I paid the bills with them a few years ago. Then I got another bill from them last year claiming I owed Kaiser again . So I paid that bill . Since then they keep sending me bills dated back to 2018. These are the same bills I’ve already paid. I called one day to tell them I paid It and the lady said she saw that I did indeed pay it . Now this week I have received 2 more bills dated back to 2018. I’ve already paid these bills. I called and the man said I have many bills coming for 2018 . This place is a complete SCAM !!!! They are trying to collect on old bills over and over again. I think they actually owe me money.They need to be reported to the BBB and I’m calling Kaiser on Monday . This is the kind of place that takes advantage of the elderly and the naive .

They keep calling me to collect a debt. Ive never heard of this company before and havent been to a hospital in a year. I blocked their number. Theres nothing that I owe because even when I did go to the hospital, I had medi-cal. Seems like a very big scam.

A scam! Received a letter in the mail saying I owe $71.80 to Kaiser for service date 5/12/21. Did not have any services with Kaiser on that date, also checked statements through Kaiser and had no outstanding balances on or around that date. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY WITHOUT CHECKING WITH KAISER FIRST.

This was going to be a very negative review but after speaking with Mr. Esquivel and one of the managers, I was able to get my questions answered and the matter resolved to my satisfaction. They were both kind and patient and very helpful.

Honestly they dont even deserve this 1 star I am having to give them. I made a payment last month and all I requested was a confirmation letter for my record. The guy on phone told me to wait 1 week and 1 week later we got nothing. We called again and the lady on the phone said to wait another week and 1 week later we still got nothing. They kept lying again and again. We had to call them many times and yesterday one of their supervisor sent me a link which wasnt opening. Worst experience ever. Never had to deal with a company this way. Very shameless people work in this company. They are quick to pick up the phone to get the money but need a whole month to send a confirmation letter.

Agent reported to my credit due to a balance that was apparently sent over by my medical insurance. I was unaware of this charge. I called to get it sorted out and the first lady couldnt even rehearse the nonsense they always say like name what the call of for etc.. she had to to try a few times and eventually I hung up cause I wasnt sure if it was a scam. I eventually called back and the agency said they reached out to me with 2 letters and 11 phone calls, however was unable to send me any proof or provide me with a phone number in which these calls where made from. They also reported to me agency one amount but made me pay something different. I asked to speak to a supervisor several times but the guy wouldnt get me one. Extremely frustrating company to deal with.

UPDATE: After speaking to Mr. Esquivel, I am happy to share that my issue has been resolved. My best advice is to remain patient and respectful at all times.I have been trying to pay my debt, minus the ridiculous interest charge. This company is not willing to waive the interest charge on my account. It is truly unfortunate that this company is not willing to work with its customers!

This is a huge fraud. Just a scam for money. Haven’t used Kaiser for years all of a sudden I get a random bill for 55$. And it’s in collections? Someone is just trying to make a fast buck off people. NICE TRY

Companies such as USCB Inc are predatory, particularly on people who are regularly being treated medically. PRO TIP: TELL THEM TO MAIL YOU A LETTER. Since they work with HIPAA, they already have your address and DOB.DO NOT AGREE TO ANY FORM OF PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE. HANG UP!

This company is scamming people. I received a letter I owed 55 dollars to Kaiser. First of all, when you owe money to Kaiser they notify through email. I never received such notice. Second, Kaiser lets you see all billing info when you log into your account. I have no balance. Zero. NONE. This company harassed me to the point of sending a letter to my house for a debt I do not owe. I will report them. This has to stop. SCAMMERS. This better not happen again.

Completely a scam! They cold called me asking for personal information. I dont even live in California or have bills in collections. The customer service rep got mad at me when I refused to give him personal information. Dont give them your info!

I think this is a just fraudulent company. They sent me a bill of Kaiser which I havent own any money. I hope someone starts class action againt them.

Called them to inquire about a 100 dollar bill from Kaiser. I informed him that my mother whom the letter is addressed to passed away. Then he tried to get my name and I asked why do you need my name? I called you to tell you that the person you are trying to collect this debt from is dead. Rude inconsiderate, no condolences just what is your name. I told him to eat it and hung up.

Horrible is too nice of a word to describe this company. The worst possible customer service and professionalism ever!! The customer service rep do not know how to speak to people. They are so rude. I hate that a bill (I didn’t even know I had) is with this company. SN: the Customer Service Rep by the name of Delia should find a new job since she does not seem to want to serve customers.

Apparently this is a scam the more people we have together the better... Im trying to take legal action against them apparently I own $398 I called today and they didnt had any account under my name on the system they couldnt even find me with my social....I ask for a mail letter but they refuse.

Think this company was great, they handled every call professionally, my only concern was that they didnt set up automatic payments correctly at one point and almost messed up our routine payments, but that was fixed. I would have to say as an over all collection agency they did their job and I paid the money that was owed to Kaiser for medical expenses. Just happy I dont owe a collection agency money period. haha

Kaiser should be ashamed of themselves for using this company. You cant get a live person on the phone...this is a work comp bill that they are trying to collect from one of my employees!!!

They called me and they knew my name, they said i had a over $200 debt to Kaiser... they said i went to the hospital for a visit. i checked my records and i was at home sick with covid before the so called day i went to the hospital. Scam. Dont give them any info. I was dumb enough to give them my date of birth and address..they said they had to verify?... dont give them card info dont give them anything. Block their number.
