Limos were on time, clean and stocked with ice and water. Glass and plastic cups available too, plus you can play your own music, and byob. Took us to the Cowboys v Chargers game, best birthday thus far!

Very unprofessional experience. I was overcharged $250 2 weeks after my daughters birthday limo ride. Never was I notified of any additional payment being charged. A different limo arrived than the one that I ordered, which I never complained about, I tipped the limo driver & didn’t even use our full 3 hours. The limo company claimed that there was something in the carpet that they couldn’t get out. I was never informed and we looked over the limo when we were done. This was a very unprofessional.

Wayne was my driver and he was such a gentleman and extremely professional.Vehicle was clean and was equipped with Covid protocols. Excellent Service I highly recommend them.

I have used Crown Limo 4 times now-- twice for parties for my kids where we needed to transport a big group of kids from one venue to another, and twice for airport transfer-- both to and from the airport. Every time I have used them, the drivers have been super professional and have arrived earlier than the time they were supposed to be there, so I never had to spend a minute stressing about if they were coming or not. The communication from them has been impeccable-- I always receive a text ahead of their arrival confirming that they will be there and supplying me with the name of the driver and their cell phone number. Most recently, we used them for transport to the airport during Covid time and the SUVs they sent were fitted with plexiglass partitions between the driver and the passengers and the drivers wore gloves and a mask the entire time. When we arrived at LAX from our trip, we got a message to call our driver when we were in baggage claim. I did and told him where we were and he was there to pick us up within a few minutes. Excellent service all around and they alleviated a lot of my fears around taking a car during a pandemic with their adherence to proper social distancing. Traveling is stressful but thanks to Crown, getting to and from the airport can be completely relaxing. I recommend Crown wholeheartedly!

Great experience. I booked my ride last minute before my flight from Boston and the dispatcher was friendly, accommodating and professional. My professional and friendly driver was on time as he met me at the baggage claim with 2 luggage carts. The ride home was smooth and the SUV was clean and new . We recently used Crown Limousine while we were on vacation in LA and Anthem. For each of the 3 trips had book with crown during our week, each driver was very courteous and made sure our 2 kids had a great time/ride. Each time they were early and got notification when they arrived and were ready. Even when I had to make a change in time over the phone for one of our pickups, they were accommodating and very polite over the phone. Highly recommend and if we are in the LA area again would be our go to service.

I am so pleased with my many years of riding with Crown Limo. My recent experience was excellent as always. The drivers arrive a little early and always help me with my bags. They are courteous and drive safely in clean and comfortable cars. When they pick you up at the airport, they are waiting for you at baggage claim and help you get your bags off the conveyor belt and then get them into and out of the limo. I consider the limo cost part of my travel budget and wouldnt take any other means of transportation to and from the airport. The safety, comfort and help with my bags are well worth the extra expense.

My only regret is I forgot the name of our driver who tried his best to calm down our daughter who was crying in her car seat after a 15hr flight into LAX and leaving the airport past midnight. My daughter and her three small children traveled from the east coast needed transportation from LAX to Santa Barbara and then from their to Disneyland and then finally back to LAX. Crown was very reliable with reminder notices, driver names etc. Eric was the driver from Santa Barbara to Disneyland and his interaction with the kids was exceptional. Got a quote in advance over the internet then made the reservation by telephone using the quote number. Used the meet and greet service and a representative was in baggage claim at SFO when we arrived. He helped with our six bags and got us to the Lincoln Navigator waiting at curbside. Fast trip through moderate traffic to our hotel at Fishermana Wharf. Very efficient and they lived up to their name. I will use them again.

Our family of 9 booked transportation from/to LAX for our L.A. vacation and it was terrific. The drivers were friendly and helpful with our luggage, even had pop and bottled water for us. Jackie was really helpful in our booking and answered all my questions promptly. While on vacay, we decided to do a last minute trip to Knott’s Berry Farm. Jackie was able to arrange a van for us to pick us up within an hour, then come back and get us that night. Again, the service was awesome. While I was working with Jackie on the last minute request, another family member was calling other companies and was told by 2 that they needed 48 hours notice. Meanwhile, Jackie was able to find us a driver on standby. We will definitely use Crown again on our future trips!
