Best laundromat ever! Cant say enough nice things about Wash on Western. From convenient parking to helpful customer service to great washers and dryers to a very clean environment, this place has it all. You wont find better!

Great place! The machines are clean, newer and work great. Also all the machines take credit cards or debit cards so you dont have to worry about quarters. And theres a parking lot!

Cleanest, safest, nicest laundromat. I love that they accept credit cards so I dont have to worry about coins. Great service, and the large capacity machines are a lifesaver. Most patrons are polite, which is crucial in close quarters, and staff is attentive and positive. The first time I went, they gave me a free ice cream because I couldnt drink the coffee. Ive gone back at least three more times and each time, Im pleased with how lovely it is-- not a feeling I usually associate with laundromats in this, an extra filthy city. You get what you pay for.

This place has got to be the cleanest Laundromat in Hlywd. The washer/dryers are a little steep in price but the again, you get what you pay for, right?? The attendant there is polite n courteous and makes sure the place is spotless! Both My roommate and I will definitely be back!!

Really new and clean looking laundromat! You can use quarters or a credit card at both the washers and dryers. They have plenty of carts and places to sit, plus some tvs. The smallest wash size starts at $3.50 and the smallest dryer size starts at $1.25 for 30 minutes. Oh and theres free parking!

The laundromat is always clean when I visit, and its never too crowded. You can use coins, wash card, or credit card to wash and dry your clothes. Wash prices are $3.50, $4.75, $7.75, and I think $9.50. It costs $1.75 to dry for 30 mins, but you can add additional time. It costs 25¢ for each additional 5 mins. The only thing I dont like is my clothes dont smell clean after I wash them.

Well it’s no Verdugo coin laundry. Lots of gentrified hipsters using multiple dryers with small loads of laundry to dry. I guess the trust fund babies like their clothes well done and like to be seen doing laundry cause trust fund folks are just like us, am I right people! Credit card accepted at all machines and dryers, a nice convenience at a price. Downside not enough units and no restroom. Of course wash & fold service is a booming in the gentrification era with pick up and delivery. One pair of pants in the dryer I just can’t take it anymore.

This place is a godsend. I had months of laundry accrued. With their oversized washers I was able to wash, dry, and fold what would have amounted to ten loads in regular machines in less than two hours. And total cost using four washers (I didnt realize there were even bigger) and two dryers was less than thirty bucks. I loaded the dryers pretty heavily and didnt have to run either twice. Staff is friendly and everything is covid-19 compliant. I dont know if it gets packed--Im assuming it would on weekends--but I had gone on a Thursday evening last week and there were only three or four other people there and I noticed at least one using multiple machines like myself.

Im a big fan of the 9 load washers. Great place, there is a larger laundry Mat closer to me. But I will walk the extra few blocks for this one. 5 Stars

Clean but way over priced. It’s cheaper to use a friends apartment priced washers than go here. Added to the fact that for whatever reason, personally I think it’s discrimination, their machine that dispenses laundry cards “didn’t work” when I tried to buy a card, but wasn’t able to get an answer as to why. I usually do my laundry with vouchers I get from my nearby church, but I wasn’t able to get one today, so I’ll have to wait until next week to have clean clothes again. Thanks.

Honestly they need to clean inside their laundry machines or prewash it inside before people use it especially with soo many people using it daily because I always see nasty stains in their and in the door handles plus I once had someones dog hairs stuck on my clothes from the laundry machine I used and no I don’t have pets. They should clean even inside the dryer machines. The washing machines can be soo smelly because of ppl washing their clothes and it needs to be sanitized or something. And their machine prices are wayy to high ! We need customer service to and not a dirty laundromat and poor service with jam packed people that go in and out with homelesses to. Overall it’s okay place. Just needs something sanitary changes!

The lady in charge is very welcoming and nice! She greeted me at the parking lot and brought over a cart for me. Shes constantly cleaning and makes sure everything is ok. The machines are great and well maintained. There are vending machines for snacks, drinks and detergents. You can pay with card, quarters, or tap pay. Change machine available. Very convenient. Will definitely come back again!

Great customer service, impeccably clean facility and brand new state of the art machines. I have multiple laundry machines in my apartment complex but I still go to wash on western due to the exceptional machines. After one wash here a lot of my clothes and even blankets look brand new. They allow pets which is awesome and the free hot chocolate and coffee is great. Plus you can use your credit card or quarters at each machine.

As much as I love pets and animals, I wish this place werent quite so pet friendly. This cat was walking across and hanging out on multiple different folding tables for the entire time I was there. Its frustrating enough when someone takes up valuable folding table space with their personal belongings, but an animal on a folding table seems completely inappropriate to me. No attendants asked the cats owner to keep her pet on the floor.

Its clean and the laundry attendants are very helpful. The washing machines leave clothes clean. Fluff and fold is convenient if in a hurry.

First time using a wash and fold service! Man o man! Great stuff. The place was clean, modern machines, had good confidence in the place when I walked in. Keena helped me get the wash and fold service sorted and done, same day! Everything turned out really well; in fact so well I came back the next day (today) and did another wash and fold service! Pretty normal, nice laundromat. Being able to use a card for a wash is nice. Only complaint is that there is a minimum cost of $1.25 for a 30minute cycle on the dryers... we all know sometimes you just need 10 more minutes or 1 more quarter worth, you shouldn’t have to pay for another 30minutes... obviously just a way to squeeze a little more $ out of us.

Wash on Western is simply a perfect place to do your laundry (or drop it off and have them do it for you!). It is exceptionally clean and has super friendly and helpful staff. And are pet-friendly. Lots of fast machines so no waiting on a free one.

Very cool staff. A bunch of really nice people. The best machines and always kept working properly. The original art put up on the walls adds tremendously to the positive atmosphere. I dont know if they put the coffee machine back in but that was such a nice touch! I really hope that comes back!!!

Fantastic laundry. Very new & clean. Awesome facility. Extremely lovely assistant who checked if I needed anything. And the machines all have card swipe facilities so no need to juggle coins.... though there is an ATM and coin machine there too though.

Greatest laundrette ever. The lady was so helpful and friendly, pointing out the best machines to use for the size of my washing load, and helping me with the detergent. Cant recommend this place more. And really good value for money! Wifi, hot drinks, clean and just generally awesome!

Usually i can charged my phone and play my phone when im waiting but now the lady said cant do then i just can burn my phone battery when im waiting thats suck!!!, i like their service a little bit higher price is fine! it would be my last time there if they dont provide to charge my battery!

Thanks for getting me a cart and taking my laundry inside. I went to get change for my ten and I looked over and noticed how shiny the dryers were. So new and clean and shiny! I would love to keep coming here! Laundry mats are fun. Especially this one cause of the trippy music they play on some radio station. I felt like I should. I love getting old. The soap in a vending machine, nice. Nobody seems to care that Im white. Thats cool. Usually I get started at.

The place is very nice and clean, but most of the machines are way too small for a public laundry. Yes, there are a few bigger ones but it’s always taken. And it’s a little pricey. 4,25 for the smallest load and 7,50 for a bigger machine is almost twice more expensive than in another nice laundromat I used to use (there was no card payment that’s why I had to find something else)

This a great place. I spend around 10 dollars for three loads. The area is always clean, and the staff is friendly. It has around three televisions with different channels. The coffee is great when you wash in the morning.

Id like to amend my previous review. Gone are the 1 dollar wash special. Gone is the perceived support of the disenfranchised. The bathroom has been locked and a sign statingNo Public Restroom put up. The attendant is more a bouncer, the WiFi is obviously slower, the television is turned off, the prices are high, and the amazing vibe that was present the first time I was here has been replaced with the corporate feeling of the inside of an empty Lysol bottle. Just another laundromat. Nothing special. Keep moving folks.These guys are awesome! Clean machines, lots of light, art. The overnight special is the best. Double loader...1 dollar wash.

Ive been going to this place every week since they opened It used to be great. Since the last few weeks, they have been blasting heavy religious music every Sunday mornings which made the laundry shores even harder, lol. Another customer and I, have asked the attendant on site to kindly turn the volume down and we were completely ignored. Regardless of my position on religious matter, it is a shame that I have to look now for another place to do my laundry as customer opinions are obviously not respected.

Rude staff, barking dogs, they skimp on water so the machines are nearly done before theres enough water to actually wash your clothing. Most of the time the machines are being used by wash n fold services, so make sure to come at an obscure time of day if you want to get your laundry done. Not to mention very expensive and sometimes the machines dont work after swiping your card and being charged. At which point the staff is rude and doesnt help. But hey, theres free (slow) Wi-Fi and..well, thats about it. The thought behind this place was just, but the execution and results are poor at best.

LA people are delusional. Why is this place rated so highly? This is the most expensive laundromat I have ever used. The washer I used charged my card $3.75 when it said $3.50. Also, most Landry places do not charge or only charge $.25 at a time for drying, this place makes you pay $1.25 at a time so if you prefer the low setting and your clothes are still wet you have to spend another $1.25! My usual place is just as clean with new equipment and is almost half the price.

This is a fresh, clean, and hip laundromat. Theres always a friendly attendent on staff to help you with all your needs. If you dont like washing clothes you can also drop your clothes off or schedule for them to pick up your clothes and wash them for you.

Ive been using this laundry for a month or two and each time I go it gets worse...from the homeless bathing in the bathroom, to people claiming folding tables by leaving their bags and leaving. I have personally witness a fight when items were moved out of frustration. The owner also runs a fluff and fold so it is not uncommon to arrive at the laundry with only several people yet every dryer is being used.Today was the final straw. I was putting my clothes into the washer when I noticed there were used rubber gloves and what looked like a used condom.This is a small place, I cant believe its that difficult to check the washers and dryer for items left behind.Filthy and nasty.

This is the nicest laundromat in Los Angeles, to the point where, I actually felt compelled to write a review about a laundromat. Its exceptionally clean, theres free coffee which is great for cheapskates like me, and the staff is so friendly its almost confusing.

Im from out of town and ran out of clean clothes. Looked at several laundry mats in the area and all were absolutely disgusting. Wash on western had free parking, free wifi, was extremely clean, and had very friendly staff. As someone whos not a huge fan of West Hollywood, this place was amazing.

Its okay. When they first opened they were really great. 24 hours, special deals, free coffee, PUBLIC BATHROOM. Now they have free coffee. Staff was rude last time i was there. I do not suggest this place.

Clean and washers and driers work great

I found the perfect laundrymat and the laundymat of the century indeed. A lot of times, either the laundromats do not have ATMs or their ATM is not working for months and it is an inconvenience to be looking an ATM but I can just swipe my card on Washonwestern laundromat to use a machine or a dryer or even to buy detergent or a snack from the machine. Cash is unecessary here. Therefore, I can just get my card and my laudry without the inconvience and waste of time of be looking around for an ATM and then still have to cash that 20 dollar bill into coins which is another inconvinience.

The new evil person on the late shift does NOT fit in with the usual vibe here.
