My laundry room is being renovated so I tried out a local laundry in El Sereno and it was disgusting! It had mold, no air conditioning, and roaches!!!I was so happy to find this place. Its fresh and clean, the machines are fairly modern and they have a kids seating area. I would definitely recommend this place.My only complaint is that a lot of the dryers werent working. I had to move my clothes out of broken machines twice all while dropping small items like face towels and undies which I definitely do not want falling on the floors.

I arrived early in the morning and was surprised to find only three other people there. The folding tables and floor were clean. The money changer wouldnt take my money, I tried the second one and it took it right away. An entire row of washers were out of order except for one. Several other washers and dryers were out if order too. The ceiling has water stains, is moldy, and falling apart. The vending machine for detergents was out of order, it took my money. There was no attendant. I can see why there were so few people there now. There will be no next time here.

As usual this morning I stop to do my laundry, just to find out is temporarily closed maybe permanently 🤔

Half the lights don’t work it smells like suer water. They have no soap to wash your hands which they should specially now. The dryers leave your clothes with an odd scent. Needs better maintenance and managing.

Just stared using the Boss App, but some QR arent readable. Be ready to pay a fee if you use the coin changer.

Glad theres a way to pay with my phone and that there are kids toys!! The customer service is great. My recommendation to provide a superior experience: a TV station without foul language (the times Ive been, the TV shows are either Jerry Springer types or murder mysteries). Ive come with children and would like to request a change if possible. Thank you!!

I cannot give this a proper rating as I could not go. The list of the hours of 5:30 to 10 are not correct. The hours are weird each different day so is it challenging to even update the hours the way the system is set up on Google on Monday its open from 9:15 to 5:30 on Tuesday its open from 9:15 to 5:30 on Wednesday its open from 11 a.m. to 7:15 on Thursday its open from 9:15 to 5:30 on Friday its open from 10 a.m. to 5:30

This place sucks!.. inserted my $3 in a wash machine then it marked that I still needed to insert $9950. I stopped coming because their machines were old and ragged. Never washed off all the soap. Now that they remodeled their s@*% is still garbage. Not recommended to wash here. Take your business somewhere else, somewhere theres personnel on duty in case you have any issues.

The person in charge was yelling at a lady that was geting coins. I Understand that some people go inside and steal quarters but she said she was going to come back with the clothes she needed to wash. She also had some quarters in her hand and the person in charge just slapped it out of her hand and he refused to give her back the quarters.when the lady told him to give her the managers number he refused. She really was not lieing she even came back with the clothes i think it was wrong of him to do that .also i will never ever return to that place.

Patrons are always friendly. Machines always available, clean and no hassle.

Vending machine took my money, lots of machines are out of order. Update ... Machines work but place has rats! Huge rats running around, not to mention the app doesnt work and you cant use the rewards.
