You’re not able to leave the laundromat while your clothes are washing. Even to go buy the detergent somewhere else. I came at night and they were rude about closing and rushed me. Poor customer service. I suggest going to another one because I wouldn’t want others to have the same first bad experience.

Note: the phone number, like many of the machines, does not actually work. At least it isnt also filthy, like most of the machines.And yet, some amazingly high prices for the washing machines & dryers, even the ones that do not function. But surely, you can find some sort of employee to refund your money in those cases? Haha, I am of course kiddingHowever, if you try to smoke a cigarette in the parking lot, or park there while the place is closed, oh there will definitely be some kind of owner or worker to come out immediately & scold you, or silently arrange to have your car towed, as the case may be. The parking lot is a true gem (I guess?). The laundromat, however, is one of the least happy places I have ever foolishly strayed into. Please, go somewhere else. My first time to this laundromat, there were a handful of people washing clothes. The attendant was helpful in showing me how the washer worked. Its a $2.00 to wash a small load, more than I usually pay but its worth it. The dryers are clean, no gum marks in them. Its 25 cents for 12 minutes to dry clothes. I would likely return to do laundry at this laundromat. Also the owner was on premises helping somebody that lost change in the washer machine.

Good place to do laundry. Thing is, the TV only has Spanish channels bec 90% of people who do their laundry here are Mexicans - still good tho.

Feeling of racism with treatment of customers who are not asian looking. I only went there because it was closest but i would not recommend it to anyone who is not asian looking. Owners very rude & arrogant to customers. Restroom is for customers only but owner or manager will only let the asian speaking or asian looking customers use the restroom because i saw it happen 2xs. .👎👎👎👎👎

Good self-service laundry, one of the biggest around that area.

The worker had an attitude with me when I came in with a fairly small load of laudry at 9:00pm saying, quote: excusme, excusme, excuse me repeatedly. I close at 10:00pm. When it clearly states on the website that Happy Laundry closes at 11:00pm. I mentioned this fact to her/him, I couldnt tell what gender, and this person just went on repeating themselves again. I took my business elsewhere, and suggest whoever is reading this to do the same.#not so happy laundry

The night shift lady doesnt let you laundry after 8 pm

I came with one load of laundry at 9pm on the dot. The laundry attendant told me they were closed. The closing time says 11pm online. No time is posted on the business. Bad business.

Some machines do not work once I put hearts on the dryer and it did not work and I told the girl who works there and there is nothing, they did not even return my hearts

Because the hotel is in the neighborhood, there is firm coin laundry.It is not open 24 hours so you can not wash in the middle of the night.There are a lot of people unexpectedly waiting for laundry at the upper body Hadaka boldly.

They should update the information since one is wrong at. Of the schedules, the number they have does not respond, it is only a recording, the customer deserves respect and the owners have to give good service.
