I lost the clicker to my key that starts the car. I was frantic because I had a last minute covid test for a film. Called the owner on Saturday and a lock smith was at my house within 30 minutes. Super fast and friendly guys. I went to the Robertson location to copy house keys and got referred to the other Olympic location for my Honda key fob. Both experiences took under 15 minutes! I don’t copy keys often but I’ll definitely go here next time I need it.

These guys were great!! Last month, we needed a replacement for our keyless entry remote that had quit working on us. They ran me through the options that were compatible with our make and model and went to work programming it to pair with our car. When the pairing of the cheaper model of remote (that I chose) didnt work out, they very graciously offered a huge discount on the top-of-the-line remote! So, not only did we get our remote replaced, but we got a top-notch product priced to fit our financial needs! Firstly, a person, an actual live human being, answers the phone! *They were recommended by my daughter and the price seemed reasonable for an Infiniti key fob. *Got to the shop and they didn’t have the correct blank so I ran another errand and pretty quickly received a call that they had retrieved the part and to head over *I walked my dog and by the time I got back, the key fob was ready *The part was a little more than originally quoted but they kept to their word and honored the quote *That adds up to five stars! *****

We locked the car keys inside our trunk with no spare key! They came out to our house so fast they were extremely polite and a pleasure to talk to. My bike lock jammed and I needed to get my bike off of a fence. I told the owner how much my property manager told me Id be charged if he called a handyman to remove it. The owner told me hed match that, and he stuck to that even when the chain turned out to be thicker than he anticipated. He had to bring in a specialized angle grinding kit, but he got it off quickly with no problems. Im grateful this kind of service is available during the nationwide quarantine.

I only received one key when I purchased my car. The dealership promised another key but then said I would have to go directly to a Fiat dealer because their locksmith was not able to make the key. The direct dealer was going to take over a week and wanted to charge $400. Nir was able to get my special laser cut key made in a couple days and programmed it in 5 min. for far less plus it saved me time of going in to the dealer.

Myles was very professional and was able to get me into my apartment in no time. I have gone to A+ security for several things.I have had keys made for cabinets that I had broken the “only” key I had.I only had one key for my 2017 Kia Optima, and the dealer in Carson was not helpful. Nor, Ben and Josh had the key and worked to get it programmed....quicker and cheaper than the car dealer.They have Covid-19 protection gear and all kinds of items for personal protection as well.The owner and his associates are friendly, helpful and very competent, Josh is a really good guy and if he can’t answer a question.... he connects you with the “Big guy” to get you what you need. This is a key shop and more.
