Amazing place! I drove around looking for a place to copy my motorcycle key, with my own blanks and no one would touch it! Many locksmiths claimed that it was too hard to do because of how small it is and the commercial places wouldn’t touch it, since they only use pre coded machines. I showed up to ASAP and was blown away! Bob is so friendly and truly skilled! He had my key copied before I even knew it! I walked out with two perfect copies! Thank you so much.

CAVEAT: This review is based on three visits of mine, plus a friend used to live nearby and he used them for his key needs for many years.I walked in with a set of keys which were nearly 15 years old (at least...thats how long I have had them.) The sales girl eyeballed them in an instant and said, do you have a newer version of this key? I said no. She explained that it was really worn, and the duplicate might not work. I liked how up front she was about it.I said Id assume the risk, and she was happy to oblige and cut the keys. I am very pleased to report they work just great.Love the honest, direct, friendly customer service! The world needs more of it.

This company is amazing!!! Steven came within 20 minutes of our call. Our keys just stopped working and he unlocked our door in under two minutes and assessed the issue so we could speak to our landlord. Id highly recommend calling for your next issue, you wont be disappointed.

I have previously had keys made at a big orange home improvement store, and I really never had an issue. I usually had to wait for someone who knew how to work the machine but its not a big deal. I put work the machine in quotes because they would literally select the cassette for the key, insert both keys, and push a button. The machine would do the rest.But today, I had a key that the big orange guys couldnt copy (a Subaru of all things) and I found A.S.A.P. on Google. From the first phone call I made to ask if the key could be copied, I knew I would have a good experience. The gentleman on the phone was kind and gracious. When I arrived, I was greeted by the same gentleman and he proceeded to copy my keys in seconds, all the while making polite, friendly conversation. He was quick, but also thorough, making sure to properly de-burr the keys after cutting them. Both keys worked great the first time I tried them.All in all a very pleasant, professional experience. Highly recommended.

I have used ASAP twice. Not only was the price reasonable, the service was great. This is a three generation family in this business and both father and son have helped me out with my motorcycle and my automobile since I had lost the keyring for both. Give them a ring or stop on by. Ive done both.

Roberto came to help me at the office. He was a pleasure to hang out with during the short 15 min in which he completed making a key for my car from scratch. Super cool to watch him and learn how handmade keys are created :)

Read good reviews so stopped by for key duplication.Grumpy young dude, apparently the son of the father and son ownership, made the key then charged $5 and change.I told him I expected it to be a buck or two and he said that was no longer the going rate for keys.I paid. Stopped at a local hardware store and showed the key and was told they charge $1.25 to make it.Called dad about this. Best who could do was to say that next time they will tell the price in advance.Foggedabiutit!

I got mail key and main house key copies done here. All of them didnt work. Dont go there. Now, I dont have time to go back. Waste of time and money.

Not sure how good they are with locks, cause they are really bad with clocks... Supposedly open at 9AM, but when I left at 9:30 am (after waiting for 26 mins) there was no one in sight.
