The previous tenant left it incredibly dirty - as if theyd never vacuumed or dusted the whole time they lived there... Anyway, I was only in town for a day and wanted to help my daughter get settled in, but couldnt have her moving into that degree of dirtiness. The ordered cleaning time was 1.5 hours, but they actually spent around 2.5 hours (without any additional charge) because our apartment is a little bit large and they were trying to clean every corner of our apartment. Jordan and Hunter came to help me clean my room with the morning after service! and they were extremely nice and helpful. you might want to give a few mins of leeway time from the exact reservation time (the site mentions it, to give an hour window!) but for me it was no big. my room wasnt on the extremely messy side, but Hunter and Jordan did an excellent job of cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, my desk and the bed! they even helped me move my desk to another corner of my room, which wasnt enlisted on the reservation, so I was very grateful. I know that the price is a little high for college students, but if you have a really messy room that you need help with, Neatly is the best choice for USC! Highly recommend for move outs, move ins, just for hygienic issues...etc.
