Both residents and staff can be rude and when you 1st come in staff doesnt give you a run down of the place they direct you as a resident to the side door but never open the door costing people precious time in their various appts trying to help themselves out of homelessness. Staff members make it difficult for residents to not only get help for themselves but through other means. This is the most least helpful shelter Ive ever seen and had the unfortunate reality to be in...really wish there was a negative scale cause theyre a -5 stars

Like to report caring place especially with food but i Needed housing services as well.

I would say that this is unbelievable but I believe every word of it and I feel so sorry for the people that have been turned away from housing and other services.

VERY DISSAPOINTED, DISSATISFIED & DECIEVED! In good faith I paid $300.00 for a deposit on a room for my mentally challenged homeless Nephew. I was never told that the deposit was non refundable and my balance would be $400.00 to rent an individual room. The room would be $600.00 per month & this balance also included a $100.00 deposit. I drove all the way from Hesperia to LA and was denied a room unless I paid an additional $700.00. Of course we did not leave our Nephew and he is still homeless. The Director/Owner claiming to be a good Christian refused to refund my deposit and now states if I give him $500.00 he will immediately admit my Nephew. ARE YOU SERIOUS? If this is how he treats educated, hard working tax paying citizens, how does he treat and take advantage of the homeless & mentally ill without representation?
