Really great customer service! My husband was very skeptical at first but once we ordered, its been smooth sailing ever since. Their customer service department (Amanda S.) is amazing, im never waiting to talk to her or for a reply to an email. There is flexibility with payments and she is always understanding. Super happy with my decision. Also, now our house feels like a real home!
Very unprofessional! I placed my second order with fernish about a week ago and was provided with a delivery date for today. Because they give such a large window for delivery I took the day off of work. 6pm yesterday I received a email stating they will not deliver because I never confirmed via email. I tried to contact that that night and in the morning through email, customer chat on their website and phone. Finally by 1pm I reached a representative who informed me it was too late and I should have contacted them sooner. The representative was extremely rude and condescending so, I canceled my order. She also expressed that the error was on their end because they text the wrong number. Also, why would you only reach out to your customer at the end of the business day the day before delivery!? I can not understand how they’re running a business like this, especially if the customer service rep is a total… female dogI then looked for other options, similar to this and found Oliver Space. Oliver Space had better products for less, quicker delivery dates and more payment options.
Completely changed the game for us in Seattle! We moved in and had a beautiful view of the needle. The chore of finding the perfect furniture for each room was not something we were excited about and with how quickly trends change, how would we know we would get something wed want for the long term? Then we found Fernish! Great selection, flexible terms and incredible service. Highly recommend!
Cannot say enough good things about these guys. My girlfriend and I, plus our two dogs, had just moved to LA so we did a ton of research to find high quality furniture that was still affordable for us. Fernish was by far our best option. Their delivery team was also amazing - quickly and efficiently got everything assembled and up our three flights of stairs. Easiest move ever, thank you guys!
Had a great experience! Fernish made the stressful process of moving efficient and easy. The furniture was delivered and set up in my new apartment while I was working out of the country. This experience left me feeling speechless! Customer service and quality is top notch! Have continued to 10/10 recommend to friends with full confidence.
My bed was not new, nor near new condition, as I was told previously via customer support. It had clearly been through multiple moves. Not damaged per se but definitely worn and refurbished. The delivery guys suggested to me that Fernish would swap it with a new bed no problem, making it seem very easy and simple. As I was intending to purchase to buy, I tried to take them up on the offer. However, it became far more of a hassle, and now I will be returning once my lease is up and not using the service again. Their item selection is poor compared to Oliver Space and Feather. Overall, I was unimpressed for a new company. Delivery was easy and wonderful.
Terrible experience. I should have cancelled my order on the first day when they were sold out of a couch that I wanted. The bed broke on the first day, as did the couch. They replaced the bed, which then proceeded to ruin my $1500 mattress (the lack of support caused the springs to be uneven). It was very typical wear and tear on the couch, and they said I owed them $800+ for couch repair and cleaning. In what world, I do not know. As a property manager I know that industrial furniture cleaning isnt more than $79, and I could have repaired the couch (again, that broke due to poor quality) for less than $100. They claim they do not charge for normal wear and tear, but that is a lie. They will take the entire cost of the furniture in rental fees, and then charge you for it again, unless you return it in like new condition. I suppose the furniture isnt actually intended to be used at all. I should have went with Cort or Aarons for furniture again, but unfortunately, I got caught up in Fernish trendiness and that I do regret, and will continue to regret. They wont make it right or be reasonable.
I had such a great experience with Fernish! The moving was incredible stress-free without ever having to lift a finger. The furniture is also beautiful and high quality! Ive moved around a lot, and Fernish is a fantastic option for those millennials or Gen Zs who move to different cities or apartments frequently.
Friend of mine recommended Fernish after hearing me complain about headaches associated with moving; I had no idea there was an alternative to buying. The process of ordering and delivering the items is as easy as ordering a Lyft. As a side note, the coffee table must be good luck as I have yet to lose any competitive card games with friends...Moving forward (no pun intended) Ill be using Fernish to furnish my space.
If your priorities are convenience, quality and style, Fernish checks all the boxes while maintaining affordability. Fernishs service was reliable and took all of the headaches & stress out of moving. Did I mention their companys focus sustainability? Go with Fernish; if not for yourself, at least for Mother Earth.
Ordering through Fernish has been the best experience. I cant say enough about their customer service and delivery team. From picking out furniture online through delivery, the entire experience has been worthy of more than 5 stars.
Like most people, I am using Fernish because I wanted beautiful pieces and can’t afford to buy them. I had to end my contract early because I am moving. When I asked how that would work I was told that I would be charged for the remaining month but after my next payment. Nina took over yesterday and charged my account for the last month without notice or talking to me first. This caused my account to go negative and now I’m gaining over draft fees. I have no issue paying the remainder of my contract. If someone had calledOr reached out first I could have given them a different payment method.This has ruined my entire experience. I would not rent with them again.

The selection is great and I love having that decorator touch without hiring anyone. I loved how the delivery was so fast and responsive. They texted me with the expected delivery time. Then, they were arriving couple of hours EARLY because traffic got better - and let me know that they were arriving early!The new wishlist feature is great - to share with family and friends, and also awesome to see the overall color/style scheme of the products.

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with this company in the middle of a pandemic. They do not appreciate loyal clients which I was for over two years with on time payments. I lost my job like many others During the pandemic and explained this to them on email. They kept titling their email “we want to work with you in this rough time” then they sent a $200 bill to collections. I don’t appreciate them acting like they appreciate my business then doing that.
Horrible costumer services, I never got my order. they took my money as well.

This is by far the easiest way I have ever gotten furniture. The items are high quality and the service is wonderful. I love the way Ive been able to improve the look of my apartment, and the flexibility I have to change it up if I want to. I look forward to my next move when my lease is up, because Fernish will take all the large items Ive subscribed to and move them for me!
