Ive been residing in this apartment for about 5 months now and everything has been great!The property is very modern and always clean. The cleaning crew always excels at their job and are so kind every time I run into them.But MOST importantly, our leasing specialist, John Queenan, has always been so helpful since day one. Hes answered all our emails and concerns in such a timely manner from the day we toured the apartment and still is even after the five months we have lived here. My husband and I made a decision to move to this property because we knew if our leasing specialist was this attentive, we would have no issue during our time here at Concourse.*On the side note: I wish they would allow us to use the communal areas a bit more freely now that the covid restrictions have been lifted. I understand its up to the corporate office and its for the safety of us but to my understanding, other companies have already loosened these restrictions and Im starting to feel like concourse is a bit behind.
We went to the leasing gallery this past weekend to see a few apartments. What a treat going around in a brand new tesla to see some cool apartments!

I have absolutely loved living in my apartment at Concourse!Living in a brand new building is always appealing but this has been such a great experience. I feel like I get a good amount of value for the rent I am paying.
This location is close to LMU which is super convenient so I can get to class on time. I love how nice it is living here.
The property is very nice and the general area is clean & updated.The apartments themselves are spacious, nice, updated and are overall worth their pricing. The only complaint I have and the reason it is three stars instead of five is this properties front desk management and concierge have no clue what they’re doing. I’m unsure if they are just young hires or what but there’s a complete lack professional skills, cannot keep track of packages / communicate effectively with team members so guests receive packaged items timely & despite supposedly being available 24 hours of the day i’d say they are there working & ready to answer questions a good 10% of that.
These are the best of the best. New and clean as can be! Love these apartments.
Nothing but issues since moving in. broken ac and now broken washing machine that they can’t seem to fix correctly. very unresponsive office.

The leasing office is slow, and often unresponsive when residents have maintenance complains/ requests. The units are insanely small. The rent is very overpriced— considering what you’re getting. And 9/10 the “amenities” don’t work. When I moved in, my washing machine was broken and within the first 2 months my washing machine broke 3 times, the air conditioning and heat were broken, they didn’t have my mailbox key available for over a month, my hot water didn’t work, then some outlets in my apartment were also broken. When I brought this to their attention I was told that stuff breaks all the time and to get used to it.All of my neighbors are experiencing excessive facility issues as well. It’s not JUST my unit.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Brand new apartments in a great location! The floorplans are spacious and luxurious!!
I tour this apartment complex and I was impress with the amenities, but you have to pay $150 for parking. For the area this should come with free parking. There is a lot of air plain noise too and is not walkable to coffee shops and restaurant. You will new a car for everything.
Went for a tour with my husband, the building is really nice and so are the apartments, very spacious and beautiful interiors.But the front desk person in the leasing office was extremely rude, had no manners on how to greet a guest and was rude to one of the cleaning lady too.
This complex has an ant infestation. Wouldn’t recommend first floor units until this is resolved. Amenities are nice, modern appliances but ants are a big issue here.
Becareful with leasing office, John Queenan. They provide different price for people. At first when I toured apartment they gave me price higher than listed on website. When I asked why the price is higher than website, they corrected. During that time i hoped it was a mistake.Not only that, they say some available units are not available. When different people ask, they say those are available.Building quality is okay but very shady management.
I took a tour of these apartments the other day (it was virtual) and loved what I saw. The amenities are super nice, and the apartments are beautiful. I hope to be moving in very soon!
