This is the most disarrayed facility I ever saw. I went inside and sign in. No chairs to sit for drivers. Wait 45 minutes and they ask me what door I am in? The facility want you to back in to a door and go inside. They remove me Frim the registry and put me all the way back of the line. No instructions, no directions, if you never be here, just keep asking from people what to do.

Im back here again and it is still as bad as ever the people here are rude they dont acknowledge you and they move extra slow. This place is very unorganized which I am surprised by seeing how United airlines is a reputable business. I highly recommend never ever do business with this place.

I cant imagine that United Airlines would train its cargo staff to be cold, rude, non-communicative, and possibly even antagonistic. I was delivering a small package for a client, had the airway bill form filled out with our clients billing account number already on the form. The agent I spoke with pretended like the number wasnt on the form and told me the number was invalid. I had to contact my dispatch who then contacted our client. Our client actually had to get on the phone with this rude agent only to realize that we had the correct account number written on the airway bill form the entire time. This agent cost multiple people unnecessary time and effort and turned a basic transaction into a mess. I feel ashamed of American companies when I encounter employees like this. I expect the standards in this country to be much higher. Some remedial communication and customer service training would be the absolute least needed at this location. They should probably clean house and get some fresh bodies in there. At a time when so many have lost jobs and are looking for work, these ladies acted like they could care less. I hope I never have to visit this location again.

The reason for my ratings was the fact that it took me 4 hours for my freight to be loaded. I dont know whats happening, but there are not too many drivers, bit still the wait time was unbelievable. I was so excited because i saw that there were not too many drivers thinkinh that i can be in and out of that place in a heart beat, but i was wrong. Its even longer wait time and there were juat 3 drivers in front of me. I see alot of people walking around that seem to work there but no forklift drivers were there to help us truckers. I do see like 5 forklifts are co stantly moving meaning someone is driving it but we are still in line to get some help for our cargo to be loaded. I went it at 8am and got my cargo at 12pm. Still 4 hours, that is the wait time when there are lines for truckers all waiting from the outside of the building. I was really surprised of how slow we got assisted by a forklift driver. It would be acceptable if there were like 49 truckers trying ti get their load at the same time but this was juat how many truckers and still took them 4 hours.. its not acceptable. Somethings need to be changed to progress.

If you are a truck driver and you get there to check-in before you back into a dock pls dont break the seal .back into the dock and then after checking the forklift operator will verify the seal and break it then pull out and open your doors and back into it again. Otherwise, they will reject the whole load.

The United representatives are helpful navigating customers unfamiliar with the process of shipping cargo. There are a lot of cargo companies picking up and dropping off, so its a very busy warehouse.

I love Airlines until my flight is full, then, not so much. I am usually 1 of the 1st to board, but I head straight to the back, hoping I will not have anyone in the seat next to me.They always give you iced beverages, no matter how short the flight. They also have pretzels and peanuts no matter how short the flight. They give free adult beverages when you have to fly on a holiday and for business elite passengers. Their attendants are typically funny while doing their announcements.It is easy to earn points for future flights. I like how the app reminds me to check in.

The first representative I spoke with was very kind and helpful. I called in a second time when I realized I had a very short time to make a connecting international flight. The response I received was, Well if you miss it you miss it and we will just put you on the next AVAILABLE flight. This does not make me feel confident in the airline nor does it show any care for their customers concerns. Disappointed.

Worst place out of all the cargo locations around LAX where you can pick up your freight. You walk in and theres no one at the desk. Forklift drivers doing nothing. It takes them about 3hrs to get you out, where in the other cargo airlines tops 30min.

Well i arrived here at 6:00pm i have signed in and still havent been helped its now 7 and theres 10 people here waiting theres 1 guy at the front desk doing God knows what and there was 3 forklift operators but i only see one at the moment. By far one of the worst places to pick up freight from, everyone just take there sweet time lazy employees

Dropping off cargo at their warehouse. Attendants took 1 whole hour before helping anybody waiting in line. The lead walks by I try to flag him down for help and he completely ignores me and others and keeps on walking. Horrible experience delivering freight at this location. Avoid the wait and book somewhere else unless you have 2 hours to spare.

Gday, Im extremely disappointed with united airlines as I had to fork out $100 US to pay for luggage all thanks to their mistakes when departing to Melbourne from LA. I was informed by the staff at LAX counter that I was able to check in alcohol as hand-luggage that wasnt opened and was sealed. My alcohol consisted of two bottles of very fancy scotch. Both bottles were sealed, in their packaging and had not been opened Hence I opted to put my alcohol as hand luggage. However, they FAILED to mention with detail that the alcohol must be formally sealed by duty free staff! I only found out this (and their) mistake when I went through security where I was informed I couldnt bring the alcohol on the plane. Consequently, I had to return to the check in counter, pay $100 US to check in the alcohol and go through security again. This wasted a good twenty minutes! Poor form United airways. The staff really have no idea and try to fumble answers to questions they dont know. Ive heard bad stories with united and now I see why this airlines sucks. Never again. Furthermore, the customer staff lady was rude. She was essentially a robot and replied with abrupt and rude answers. She was very inhumane. Step up united.

One of the worst airlines when it comes to processing paperwork and waiting for a forklift operator. The agents over the counter dont seem to care that you have been waiting a long time, when you ask them to assist you they respond someone will help you in a minute and they always say theyre busy doing something else but are constantly conversing amongst themselves and not doing any type of work related activities. On various occasions they will stop doing what they are doing and get on their phones. Forklift operators often stop by to check if anyone has their paperwork processed and are ready to be assisted but no one has had any paperwork processed due to the agents over the counter being too busy doing other things. On other occassions forklift operators will dissapear for up to 1 hour doing god knows what. I usually have to look for a supervisor in order to find a forklift operator. I am a regular customer and come here often and every time I spend 1 to 2 hours processing alone. United Airlines really needs address this issue, its by far among one the worst airlines when it comes to processing paperwork and picking up freight.

We turn up with plenty of time to spare, chill in departures for our 1655 (LA time) direct flight to london.. Only for it to be delayed an hour.. And then, without explanation, cancelled! Two hour queue at customer service to wait and speak to a desk moron, meanwhile we have been provisionally booked onto a 7:30am flight via Newark with 6 hour layover. Get to the desk to deal with Billy who tells us that there is a flight leaving in 2 hours with 2 hour stopover in Chicago which hes got us two seats on.. Only to then realise he got the wrong date! So that flight didnt actually exist.. Then there is all of a sudden a direct flight in 24 hours, which after a while and losing our Newark flight, also doesnt exist... So now were waiting for our 5:30 flight via HOUSTON with 5 hour layover, and sent to the holiday inn express, where we arrive and are told that we are at the wrong hotel, and that United get it wrong all the time. Oh, and this new flight we were told was first class seats for our troubles.. To then be told by Liz that we have been downgraded as we werent first class to start with. When asked what she can do for us as some kind of compemsation, she replied snidely with I can get you a seat on your flight. Rude, unhelpful. Will never fly with this airline again. To top it off, they gave us food vouchers for our hotel - 7 dollars each!

I was supposed to fly from cancun to houston and transfer from there to san franvisco. Somehow the houston flight wad cancelled due to whether and they divert our flight to LA then to san francisco. And they didnt divert our luaggage. So our luaggage is still in cancun. It has been a day passed and they still cannot find my package. Other than that, we missed our transfer flight in LA and they didnt offer any discount for us to stay one night in a hotel. Worst airline and irresponsible. Will never book their flight again.

Today I was going to Cancun, Mexico today and our flight was canceled because of a maintenance problem and there was only one plane going so we had to sty in LA until Friday now we have to pay $2,000 for the air fare and the 2 days and nights that we missed at our PRE-PAID resort for $1,000 a night. So upset at the airlines. :(

Dont fly United Airlines, spend a little more and enjoy your trip.I was on the 8:05 flight to San Antonio from Los Angeles, we were suppose to board the plane at 7:45am, we didnt board until 8:25am, we sat in the HOT plane for 20 minutes, then the flight attendants were rude and bumped me and everyone else with their enormous butts and the plane was tiny.
