Worst company ever! First they never picked up my product so I had to pay a courier to take it to them, then they delivered my product to the wrong address in Australia (Im in Los Angeles), and last but Im sure nt least they will not return any phone calls or emails. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I have emails and text to prove my story!Response to reply: None of these things you mention explain why the items were never picked up at my location even though I paid you for door to door service, and why I never got a return call or email? Oh and now for some reason Im paying custom fees for a value your company put on my product and not the actual value so I have to pay extra taxes. This entire experience has been a nightmare. Enjoy the money you got as it will be the last penny you ever get from me. To date its taken exactly a month to air ship two small boxes to Australia.
