OMG, I wish there is choice of negative stars. My first and last time using this company. Never ever waist your time schedule a pick. If you have anything to ship with them, just let them know and wait. Their driver will show up right away or never, depending on their mood. I have this shipment took me 3 days to get it out with this company. That’s it~~~

Axex Freight AKA EZ Shipping Express. It is a very poor service company. Shipments take a long time to deliver. Customer service is horrible, when I call for information on the status of the shipment, they dont know how to help and they never know anything. When they deliver the boxes, they arrive all damaged.

We agreed 1500$ for the load. they short pay us 500$ cause they said i got other load. we did not agreed it was dedicated load and seal was intact, product good and no shortage. they decided to short pay us 500 dollars from no where. DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THOSE GUYS.

I was send 2 pallets in March 12 to now April 23 . 45 day, they dont sent for me. They keep my merchandise very long. Look like that want stole it. Every bad. I was come office 6 time. Give back my merchandise. They said no.

They owe my company over $9,000 for three loads we did. criminals. They will not take my call anymore ALVINA whom i deal with for payments will not pay due to owners request, this is criminal for a small business.

They dont pay their drivers....i would rate it a 0 but to bad i cant they owe me $6000 for loads i made for them

The 15000 operators are busy now if you know your party extension please dial now or dial 0 for operator, that mail box is full, and all the 15000 operators mail box are full too !

We done the load in Oct,2019 and till not got paid, $2700.00 they keep ignoring our calls ... very bad experience with them
