As my episode has just finally finished, I can reflect on how lucky I was that SERVPRO of Santa Monica assigned Joseph Gurrola as my Crew Chief. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful in so many ways. If I had a question and he wasnt here, no mater what time of day and once on the weekend, I could text him, and his answer would be back in minutes. Joseph was my saving grace in a way too long trek back to normalcy.

SERVPRO literally saved my life!!! They took all the extra precautions for COVID in a timely manner and fixed my apartment. I had a terrible sewerage flood in my kitchen and living room, my place my uninhabitable. Servpro dealt with my landlords and save my health and the day! BRAVO!!!

VERY professional outfit after an awful situation at my apartment. The service folks that came out to my place were clean, well mannered and respectful of my home. They even had cool ipads to document everything and keep and running inventory. Would recommend to anyone that goes thru a crisis at home and needs home restoration services.

I discovered mold in my daughter’s bedroom around the window seal as a result of the air condition and I called Servpro and they came in and did an analysis of the mold and cleaned it up and checked to make sure that it did not spread to other parts of the home. They did a great job and I will recommend them to family, friends and relatives.
