ServiceMaster just completed work to totally restore my home after a major water leak. The team at 24/7 Restoration Team were very knowledgeable about our fire damage. Zach especially knew the ins & outs of the insurance process. My entire place was flooded. Water came out of the toilet and shower. They responded same day and came early morning next day and got to work. Unclogged the pipes and drained all the fluids so the plumbing is flowing like new. They caught the wall damage from water and fixed it right away. They cut up the drywall and brought in a machine to dry out the moisture. Within 5 days everything was back to normal like it never even happened. Very happy with the results and professionalism. This company was recommended by my insurance to attend my water damage. Received their estimate and suggested work breakdown and noticed some discrepancies. Few items to replace were downgraded, some damaged areas were not included into scope of work. I called and emailed them, just trying to clarify and ask few questions. Never heard back. Don’t waste your time with this company.After reading the owners reply : I left multiple voicemails without any call back, then have sent an email without any reply either. My walls and floors were wet, not an appropriate situation to be non-responsive. The carpet was later determined to be Not salvageable by subsequent floor contractors and insurance adjusters. Just another proof that MasterService Construction DBA ServiceMaster Restore lic #1041560 CSLB is not being truthful.
