Very nice offices. Ray apologized when I arrived and internet was down - he was waiting on IT guy to come fix it, so I came back the next day. Other than the technical issue up front, it was a very smooth and clean process to get prints checked today. Ray is very professional. I had electronic FBI record less than six hours after my prints were taken (they said it would be 24). Thanks Ray.
After a lengthy conversation, (CA Dept. of INS), I spoke to Ruby (R.). This employee was so very helpful and courteous. I hope that you increase her salary, ( she deserves it!). We do not expect to receive such stellar customer service this day and age. 6/18/21 @1024(MST).
Trying to call in to speak to a human but keep getting VM and no one is returning my calls. The CDI is requiring fingerprinting but I need to confirm some items from Accurate Biometrics.
Worst place to get fingerprints. The technician taking the fingerprints was late.

Is there another number besides Rays ? As his is never available to return calls or answer the phone. My company has been calling to get the results of my fingerprints for 3 weeks now!!! Very unprofessional.
I came here to get finger-printed for CMS. The gentleman was rude, short with me, and very unprofessional. I hardly spoke because he was so ill-mannered. When I left, I still said thank you and his response was yep. I would not return here if I could avoid this place.
