Love this co-working space. I came here for an event. The layout was setup great and the space is so welcoming. It makes it easy to work here and to get things done. The community team is very helpful and they provide you with food and drinks.

Absolutely love this co-working space. This place makes me feel very at home. The temperature is nice and cold like Antartica. There are penguins circling my office. I am their leader now. I love it.

Wonderful working space! Been here for nearly a year and so happy. The managers here are wonderful and caring, the space is great - always kept clean and all the supplies are stocked regularly. The energy and vibe is awesome. A lot of interesting people and companies here. Looked at 7 or 8 other co-working spaces before settling in at Industrious and couldnt be happier.

I had an awesome time last Thursday DJing an event for a charter school. The office space was dope! I look forward to more events at this location in the near future.

Weve been at Industrious for over 2 years now and we cant be happier. The amenities are top notch like free drinks, breakfast, snacks and happy hour (with Helens Wines no less!) and the managers are responsive and just really good people. High recommend it as a co-working space!

The attention to detail, authentic interactions, and chic design makes a huge difference on your work and mood. Industrious has been my home for the last year and its been an incredible experience from the start! Lauren and the staff are timely, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure youre taken care of.The facility itself is thoughtfully designed and there are plenty of spaces to work productively. If you need to make a private call just duck into one of the many phone booths that are always available. Ive also had experience working out of WeWork and the lack of phone booths was a major problem. They seem to always be occupied (not enough for the amount of office tenants). At Industrious you wont have that issue!The staff also plans fun weekly events to encourage networking and theyve got great snacks every morning + some afternoons. Id highly recommend Industrious.

Industrious is a fun and productive work environment! The space is beautifully decorated and gets loads of natural light. The staff is very friendly and provide all the basics (wifi, printing, coffee, etc) as well as daily breakfast spreads, snacks and weekly happy hour! They really go above and beyond.

Great Place to Work. Atmosphere is what you need it to be. Staff is always very accommodating! They are very hands on, and make everything seamless. Overall - The balance of a place that is inviting and also work-conducive is hard for me to find and Ive struck it at Industrious, with beautiful 5th floor views of downtown, delicious coffee, and this last one is weird, but their tables and chairs are just... right. I get so much done here.The environment of Industrious is great. People are friendly and introduce themselves but dont chat forever so I feel comfortable socially and also know I can get my work done. I love Cesar and Lauren at the front desk, theres delicious Demitasse coffee, and perks like a Thursday happy hour round this out for me as my favorite place to work. When I do stop to socialize, like during their happy hours, the other people here are open and interesting.

Nice shared space set up. However, not the best place if you need to work weekends. No air condition.Therefore only suitable for week days; 8-5 type.

I love that theres breakfast every morning and snacks in the afternoon. The staff are warm and do a great job of attending to everyones needs. I plan on staying here as it is very comfortable!

Earlier this year I visited and evaluated every coworking space in DTLA (plus a few in nearby neighborhoods), and the results werent even close, with Industrious standing far above and beyond the competition as the best option for convenience, professionalism, credibility with clients, and overall value.Unlike other spaces, Industrious takes care of just about everything you could need in the course of a day (and will happily and easily do more -- just ask the incredible Community Management team and theyll handle it immediately), which makes hosting clients and prospects effortless.The space is tastefully well-designed; by comparison, other popular spaces Downtown feel like frenetic, incomplete artists lofts or well-maintained fraternity houses. Dont let that lead you to believe theres any semblance of coldness or sterility, though. The environment is warm and friendly in a way that respects that we are a community of businesses. My choice of the word community is extremely intentional, as Lauren and Maddie (the Community Manager and Operations Associate, respectively) cultivate an atmosphere that makes it very easy to connect with other dynamic, like-minded entrepreneurs, which turns out to be critical in the face of inevitable business challenges and stresses.With extremely rare exceptions, I do not write reviews, but I am a raving fan of Industrious, and will remain a member as long as theyll continue to have me.

When we were searching for the right shared office space in LA, we visited several different places (including Regus, Cross Campus, WeWorks among others) but the decision was so easy after we visited Industrious. The location was perfect. The office managers were delightful. For the architecture and layout, we were expecting to pay much more than what we were quoted, which is probably why we havent left yet. :-) We never have any issues booking conference room time and we can actually bring in clients to the office without being worried about someone skateboarding or yelling through the offices (which is what I actually experienced when I toured the WeWorks office). Also, you get access to all of the other Industrious locations throughout the US, which is very convenient when youre traveling and you need work space thats not your hotel. Industrious has already grown to 3 locations in LA in the past year. Keep up the great work guys!
