I am so disappointed. I spoke with Melissa just now to try and see what my possibilities were to apply for jobs and what they needed. She asked where I live and I stated Dallas but I am willing and able to relocate. We are originally from Orange County and moved here 6 months ago for my husbands work but I am now trying to find work in California to get us back. She quickly dismissed me and stated that they are only accepting local candidates. I explained that I can fly easily and willing to fly to go to interviews and such. She was like nope. I mentioned a job on the website I saw and again quickly made an excuse as to why that wouldnt be the right fit for me. I am very qualified for most of there jobs and it is sad that they dismissed me and probably many others. I was so excited about this company and wanted to be apart of it.

I really did not appreciate the conversation I had with one of your employees- Naomi- about my excitement with hearing more about your company, the opportunities, and the qualifications needed. Before hearing anything I had to say or even see my resume OR EXPERIENCE she made it very clear your company was above me and that I can resort to the non-professional companies like sittercity or care.com maybe I can find a chance there. The delivery and tone was NOT something I was expecting from such a high end, professional, classy company it is made out to be on the website. I will not be applying now or in the future solely for the fact she made me feel belittled with assumptions on my experience. This is LONG OVERDUE. I have been so busy with the job that The Help Company set me up with, I completely forgot to give them some praise...When I was accepted into college, and found out that all my financial aid had fallen through, I sent them an email saying I was desperate for a job. I wasnt expecting to land my dream job! I had been working in restaurants and babysitting just to get by for a couple years. But now, I am a full time nanny with the most incredible family. Where do I begin?I first met with Naomi in 2015/16 when I was looking for work as a nanny. Fast forward five years....March 2020 - I was let go from my job at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. Its been a few years since the help company got me a job. There is a tier when it comes to comparing agencies with placement between you & the principles. The Help company is the real deal. let them do their jobs and dig into the socialite affairs where we cant go. This agency is a joke. I was asked to come in by Michele Craig Lasman because she quote on quote had the perfect Family for me. I came in to so call interview yet the interview never happened which was a red flag to begin with. They took my picture and said they would be calling me to discuss about the nanny Job. A couple days later I decided to reach out to them about any updates regarding the family. Michele said that she had passed my resume along to the family but yet added that another agency is looking for more nannies and that I should also check with them... umm.. Talk about Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!! I never responded after that. Just a straight scam and clearly waste of time!!!!!!!
