Observed one of the Dock Masters representatives(driver) parked for a prolonged period of time (15 minutes) in front of my house with his engine idling. I offered if he needed directions and politely requested that he turn off the engine to avoid the fumes. He stated that he would be leaving in 10 minutes. Another 15 minutes passed and he was still there idling his engine. Phoned the company to complain about his sarcastic, rude horrible attitude issue. Spoke with Mike.

Horrible people trying to scam customers! Their tech will over-bill their service time & you will get billed for the tech driving in traffic, taking a break, walking & parking..... DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!
