I headed on over to Nams some time before Thanksgiving, and it was a fantastic experience! Not only was the service wonderful (The nail technicians were so sweet and offered us tea and chocolate!) but my nails look absolutely beautiful more than a week later! I definitely will be back! :)

AMAZING! Charlotte is an angel and takes care of my skin ALWAYS! The front desk ladies are always so pleasant and patient. They do an excellent job educating you and making you feel comfortable and welcome.

Its raining out and Im staying up the street, so checked google and wa-la an extremely relaxing pedicure/massage - SUPER chairs, very gentle...could use less fluorescent/better lighting.

Ive had a facial at Charlotte-James a while ago but never got to write a review. I dont do facials very often - for us geeks there is some sort of a faith-related taboo on facials and toenail clear polish - but when its good and effective, its easy to tell: the skin feels tight, exuberantly tingling, breathing, and your whole body gets a shot of energy. Good stuff!

I absolutely love Charlotte and Robin ! They are both experts in skin care. Robin is the master of electrolysis, I will sit 1.5h in traffic anytime for her. I wouldnt go to anyone else!
