Ana is awesome. I was completely abandoned by my previous aesthetician, and Ana was there to effortlessly pick up where the other individual left off. She’s knowledgeable, funny, and kind.

I was a client of Ana Hua for hair removal named electrolysis, not laser. I am transgender client that came from HEALTHCARE LA. Im the kind of customer that text her the day before our appt -per her request, show up for the appt (early) or on time, and schedule for the next appt. I just wanted to lay there quietly and let her do the job. Then, she started interrupting our time together and answering phone calls from other clients. Then she started talking to me very angry about her insurance issues about not getting paid. Her issues with my insurance is not my problem. I did not receive any other services so I cannot speak of them. I have moved on and seeing another provider who has been dedicated to the transgender community for decades. She values me and respects me. God bless 🙏

Ana is the best! She has a very fair price for laser hair removal and electrolysis. Parking in the rear of the building, Im so glad I found her and my hair is barely there after 2 laser sessions (on my legs).
