I am writing this review for the fast, efficient and friendly customer service assistance I recently experience. I have been a Client with FFF for over a year and happy to say that I haven’t had a problem until this last shipment. I placed my message on their site of the missing item, they were able to respond within 24 hours and I was able to get a detailed information on what I needed to do. The client service representative was really pleasant and able to resolve my issue and explain the process, my expectations and any concerns. I am awaiting a delivery on the replace item currently thanks again Angela!
When I got my box and went to open it - I noticed it had already been opened. Thinking it was just fluke that happened in transit. As I opened the box it was obvious that wasn’t the case. I reached out to FFF mainly so they would be aware and follow up with FedEx.I was truly blown away by their kindness. I will always share the fun of FFF.
Its been 3 years that I have the subscription and I cant get it off from my back lol. Every year I decide okay Im just going to skip this year but then I just go right back and renew it. I dont think I have used any other skincare, bath and beauty products in the last couple of years after I started receiving really good products in this box. Definitely holds a lot of value and saves a lot of money. And customer service is another big thing theyve always been super duper helpful and nice.
I love my Fab Fit Fun Boxes 😍 and the best at letting me know when I can customize it. Customer service is very efficient and helpful when needed. Its like Im gifting myself and I also get to put some of my items aside for Christmas and Birthday gifts for others. I was so excited to receive my mystery box! I couldn’t remember what I had ordered, but one phone call to customer service and the “mystery” was solved! Lol! She was able to look up my orders and reminded me of what I had ordered, and the mystery was solved! She was very kind and efficient, probably the nicest customer service rep I’ve ever spoken to! I give Gray a 10 on customer service!
So far, I love my experience! The products are really nice and exactly what I would expect and the customer service is very efficient and thorough. Shipping comes in a timely basis too! Loving Fab Fit Fun!
I was excited because I was getting I thought a box with valuable items for lower price. What I got was a defective item and no name brands and things cheaply made. It was a bargain box at$27 end of summer box but I felt it was bottom of barrel items nit a high end for less. I could make up my own box with more items at marshals. 🥺 I was very disappointed
FabFitFun Customer Care has always been so quick to respond and take care of whatever questions I may have, or replace damaged items. Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and very efficient. I cant say enough good things about this company, and Ive enjoyed being subscribed to this box for well over a year, I just love it, thank you FFF.
I will be receiving only my second box from FFF but I must say I have had excellent customer service so far since subscribing. I love the products and items I get, I wasnt aware of how short the window to choose and customize was but now that I have the app, I am hopeful that I will not miss another one! I did miss the second one but luckily caught it in time before my box shipped out and they were able to customize it all for me. There was one item that was no longer available that I really wanted but the item I wanted the most was still available and I was able to get it!! Overall, I love gifting this box to myself and I look forward to the future boxes I will receive. Definitely worth it!

I reached out to FFF for a deficient item and they were very accommodating. I was offered the option to chose from a list of different items to replace the item. The customer Care agent I dealt with was very helpful and even reached out for a follow up. As per usual I am truly impressed by FabFitFuns immaculate customer care. I reactivated my fff account and I totally missed the deadline to customize my box. I was able to communicate with them and have the things I wanted added to my box wishing 5 min. Super happy with the customer service and excited to receive my summer box. Was also able to get it on sale with the summer code. Happy 😃

I have tried several subscription boxes. I still keep a few others but FabFitFun is by far my all time favorite! So much that I buy several Boxes every season. I converted my seasonal membership to an annual. When I did, for some reason I was not able to customize my box. Fab fit fun contacted me and corrected the situation. They were extremely understanding and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you fab fit fun for making my situation perfect. I love this company.
Not always good value I always look with Amazon before ordering and almost always Amazon wins. Good customer service when you have an issue. However, I seem to always have a problem with every single order I make. I mean it gets resolved but maybe they need to double check orders before mailing out. Other than that cool stuff I normally wouldnt think of going out and buying or trying and I like that many are up and coming businesses and vegan friendly.
Part of this was my own fault. I moved. I thought I did the address change. The so called gentleman that moved into my former home, would not give me my box. A new one was sent out to me within a day. I had to check all my boxes. Thank you so much for understanding. Have a wonderful holiday.

Long time subscriber here. The boxes just get better and better. The products are useful and fun, plus I get to choose many of the products I receive. I’ve experienced exactly two issues in the years I’ve subscribed.Customer service efficiently resolved both issues in my favor.
First I like their approach. They approach you with kindness and yet professionally. their product is the best that I have ever used. I also believe that you get more then you pay for. I’ve never tried the company before so I only wanted the one box. I really liked the items in it and it was a fun experience! I don’t think I will do the summer box for financial reasons, but also because in the ads nothing jumped out at me. I hope the Fall box is great because I would like to do it again!
My bf surprised me with a FFF Membership and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! I LOVE surprises. Ill be receiving my 4th Box soon and I just realized that all this time I could have been choosing some of my products. Wish Id known sooner. My fault. I shouldve done my research but I was just so happy to be getting FFF. And, like I said, I LOVE surprises so each Box Ive received so far have been complete surprises. I called fab fit fun customer service because there was an item missing from my box. They were extremely helpful and efficient and told me they would get the item out ASAP. I appreciated this excellent customer service and will be a loyal customer because of this!
So far my experience with FabFitFun has been good. The customer service is on point, tracking of my box is easy and up to date. The products have been great. I am subscribed to the yearly subscription and I get to choose all my items in the box, so I dont have any complaints about the items received.
I have been purchasing FFF boxes for several years and have always enjoyed the products offered. I am an annual member so I appreciate being able to customize my box and it seems they are continuing to tweek the program to offer more options which is also nice. I had a problem with a couple of missing items with the summer box, but an online chat with Britain in Customer Service was able to resolve the issues. I will continue to be a member and I am 70 and can easily find appealing products for women my age.
I look forward to getting every box! I would normally not purchase the treats that come because of the individual cost. It’s always fun, always a great value and always wonderful products. And their customer service has always been wonderful.
I always love the day my FFF boxes arrive!!! On only a few occasions I had to speak with CS. They were professional, helpful, and listened and explained very clearly.
I have been sent two boxes so far and have been very impressed with the quality of what I received. I just switched to annual and feel sure I will continue to enjoy receiving my packages. Who doesnt like presents...even if they are from yourself!!
Ive never been good at choosing anything girly especially face products. But with fab fit fun I dont have to be good at any of that. They give me selections and when I dont want any of the choices, I choose surprise me and I have to say the 3 to 4 boxes Ive received, Ive loved 95% of everything I get.Plus recently I had a delivery issue and their customer service representative was very quick to respond and helped me right away.
All my problems were resolved and I was at peace knowing my order was placed and the price was correct. I love fabfitfun!

Although I do find it hard to find information on the website, the chat option was very easy and they were able to cancel my subscription, for now. I will be back in the future once my health concerns are taken care of. I absolutely LOVE getting these every season, it has been such a blessing, so I WILL subscribe again once I can afford it!
It is obvious a lot of work goes into putting the boxes together and the products offered are brand names and very useful. You definitely get your moneys worth and then some! Thank you for doing this every season!!
The Spring Box with the extra box that I ordered was not fulfilled. The debacle that I had to go through and the way they shipped the only one box not two that was promised, was not what was shown on the commercials Ive seen. This box was filled with cheap products that you can find at 5 below or Ross Dress for Less. I was so disappointed. I had to call 4 times to try and resolve this. I can tell you that these boxes are not what they make it seem. Save your money and save yourself the headache. I cant believe the poor quality this was for the annual membership. I canceled my subscription. Ill go to another company that offers better products.
I just purchased a annual box. My daughter had given me $100 gift certificate for Mother’s Day towards it. When I tried to purchase online and use PayPal somehow the gift certificate code was omitted and I paid the entire amount. When I called in they easily took care of it by crediting my account using the gift certificate my daughter had purchased. Also it was discovered that I hadn’t any updated information so Customer Care waited patiently while I went through and did my survey.
My original order got lost during the fedex delivery and FabFitFun immediately reissued my box. They accidentally reissued my box more than once so I ended up getting multiple boxes of my order. When I called customer service to see what I needed to do, they told me I got to keep everything I received and do as I wished with it. Talk about amazing customer service!!
Im in a financial bind and sent an email and it was answered the very next day. I was impressed the turn around time with the response. The is a great place and stand by their products, Love my leggings for my self and my daughter which loved as well.

I love my FabFitFun boxes. Everything I have received has been high quality and was more than $50 that you spend on it. Im an annual member, not just 1 seasonal box. High quality skin care products, very useful, they have a great selections, and customizations!!! I have cancelled most of my other beauty box subscriptions but not this box. I have no plans on cancelling soon and with my fall items that I have coming (cant wait to get it)... I have no plans on cancelling on the future! They have great customer service that follows up with after to make sure your issue has been resolved. So all the items that I received have been great quality and their skin care items are great. Im using one of the cutest overnight bag right now... Many compliments... my husband loves when I wear the night gown that it so cute, modested, and very soft. My husband cant keep his hands off me when I wear it... He really likes it.My son thought it was a dress. Sorry cute. You get way more than you spend Everytime. Although my situation couldnt be completely resolved, your company was great in trying to do everything possible to insure that I got good service. And, you DID!Your customer service representative, LJ, kept in constant contact with me to update me concerning the ongoing process, and when she couldnt replace my damaged item, she was very gracious to make sure I received a refund for that item. The Laundress item, Denim Wash, was so popular with the FFF community, that it couldnt be replaced.Your company is so AWESOME in taking care of ANY issues, that you should give yourselves multiple pats on every service members backs!This is why I became an annual member... I Love FFF and I use to Love the designs of the old boxes!! The colored boxes were AMAZING and such a great storage option!! I wish that they did a Butterfly design box for May (Summer Box) with it being Lupus Awareness Month!!!
Worth subscribing … pay attention to all the brands they offer through the shop as they can be unethically made/produced with harmful ingredients etc. but ofc wherever we buy products we should be conscious of how they’re made!I hope FFF can soon create a more curated offering of products that don’t involve white label companies or MLMs
I love fabfitfun, but I was shocked to find that there is no bonus for a member like myself when we send a friend a free starter box offer and they don’t cancel the ensuing membership. That is absolutely a successful referral just as much as the offer where I send a link and my friend would get $10 off & id get $15 credit. In the chat a Customer service rep told me the difference is that the starter box is free but the other deal costs $40 or around that. Well when a member sends the free box offer and the friend submits it, they are agreeing to become a subscriber unless they cancel so if they do not cancel then your member has done some nice marketing for you. Also most ppl like the starter box offer better, at least my acquaintances do, so I’d end up doing a lot of free marketing for fabfitfun with no bonus. I hope this changes in the future. On the webpage you say we get a limited number of free starter boxes to gift our friends/family as if this is a great deal for us, when in reality it’s marketing for your company. It is a great idea & I started with the free starter box, but why would we as members be particularly interested in getting our friends and family to join? Anyway I won’t be sending that offer out again unless or until we get some type of compensation if our friend joins or rather does not cancel the membership that follows. The shipping alone kills me. how come to ship to the uk its $5 but to ship to alaska its either 8 or 13 depending on the price you spent.

The old boxes were more secure. My box had a large hole in the side. I was concerned about missing items. Even though there were no missing items fff gave me a $10 credit for the inconvenience. What more can you ask for?
Im going on my second year of membership. I LOVE this service and look forward to each & every box. I have discovered brands/products that I might not have otherwise found. The value is outstanding b/c the retail price of some individual products can be considerably higher (often more than the complete cost of the box). The offerings & extra sales are so cool, too. The variety of products is amazing and ranges from personal care/beauty to hair to lovely accessories (i.e. jewelry, handbags/totes, etc) to beautiful/useful home products (blankets, serving pieces, picnicware).The couple of times I have had issues with faulty products, their response and resolution has been almost immediate and efficient.This is my treat to myself and it is well worth because I am worth it.
I recently returned with the annual membership and as a reward was sent a bonus mysyery box. The only thing i was interested in had already been opened and used. It was thrown out as soon as i discovered since it was unsanitary and frankly just gross.

They offer too many skin care products. It’s difficult to select an item from each category since there is often a poor selection. Summer box ran out of several of the items being offered within 3 hours of the customization being available. They did however apply a $20 credit to my account to apply to add-ons. Many of these items were also sold out. It’s a frustrating experience dealing with FabFitFun. Not the fun I was looking for during a very stressful and trying year.
I went on to rejoin. I realized that customization was over. So I called to see what could be done. I spoke to a lady named Lette who let me customize over the phone. She even gave details on the items when needed. Not only are the products great; my customer service experience was top notch. Thank Fabfitfun!!!

My Everything Under the Sun Box went MIA at USPS 😭😭 The post office manager said that they have insurance, TBH it only would have covered a 1/3 of what I ordered 🤦♀️ But after giving FFF customer service all the info… they fixed everything!!! I love FFF, however. After some investigating I discovered that I had two accounts (one had been closed). I was being charged for two separate accounts that wasn’t aware of. So, I cancelled both accounts. I’m not sure how FFF got my credit card information for the old account but I wasn’t happy. Sorry to let them go, I just don’t care for what occurred.
I didnt need to pick new items in a cart. I would like to receive the original startup box first.
I shared my problem that I had not received an item that I had added to my box. I had the item number and invoice to help and Adi took care of it in less than 2 minutes and understood what needed to be done without any further discussion of questions.
